I've almost never written a review before, but this gem truly deserves it; we had an unforgettable day there. Anyone wanting to delve into the secrets of mozzarella and other local cheeses will find themselves in the perfect place. Antonio and his partner run this small cheese dairy with passion, now in its fifth generation. You can feel their dedication to their products and their pride in their craft and tradition. During our two-hour introductory course, we were able to watch Antonio at work and even try our hand at cheesemaking. With great care and skill, little works of art were created before our very eyes, which we later got to taste – along with other homemade cheeses. We felt completely at ease from the very first moment; this is exactly how we imagine Italy, far from the usual tourist traps. A must-do!Trip.com picks
