It's very easy to set up, and in case of emergency, the support team responds quickly. We stopped the data plan because it was difficult to track how much we were spending. We thought we were low, but it turned out we'd used it all. That was probably the only annoying issue. I purchased a 2-piece eSIM package. I used one eSIM successfully without any issues—it worked perfectly during my trip.
The second eSIM was for my husband, but unfortunately, it could not be activated. When we tried to use it, we received a message saying it had already been used or was invalid.
Because of this experience, I would recommend buying eSIMs one by one and activate separetely, to avoid a similar issue.★
