Since this was a self-guided trip, I'll only review the hotel and packages for the Big Island and Maui. The hotel was a bit far from the main beach area, the service was average, the front desk was slow, and they wouldn't let us check in early, which was inconvenient. The packages for the two islands were okay, and the service was satisfactory.
