Excellent service… terracota army is incredible and Huangpi palace is a beautiful place to learn more about Dynasty life style… we also took the cable car to have a panoramic view from the mountain. We had the absolute pleasure of having Betty as our tour guide at the Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an, and she was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we met her, Betty made us feel completely comfortable — like we were being welcomed by a friend, not just a guide.
She was funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Her passion for Chinese history was contagious, and she brought the story of the Terracotta Warriors to life in a way that was engaging, thoughtful, and memorable.
But what really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about our overall experience in China, not just the tour. The tour guide and driver were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The tour guide spoke excellent English and guided me and my wife through purchasing tickets and the lines with ease. I really cannot express how wonderful our experience was. The Terracotta Warriors museum was very educational with our guide and the sights are a can't miss destination. The tour guide and driver escorted us to a delicious lunch location that should also not be missed. The show afterwards was a fantastic experience with so many creative stage elements that bring the audience into a once in a lifetime experience. a wonderful experience! picked up from our hotel with ease, the travel to the palace, warriors, and back was smooth. our tour guide, Luna, was great! she had a breadth of knowledge and led us well. she was also funny :). lunch was delicious as well (i had the dumplings, very good!). overall a great day and a great tour, very easy as a foreign traveller.
