MY tour guide today was Samantha. Her service was 100% amazing. She was on time. She was very knowledgeable about the rides and suggested good ones that was appropriate for the baby or only adults. For rides I did solo, she offered to watch my baby while I enjoyed my self. She was patient the whole time. I appreciated that 100%. I had a wonderful and stress free day because of her guidance. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a guide in Beijing. She makes everything easier.

Keith was friendly and hospitable. We were running a few minutes late in the morning, and then at lunch, and it made no inconvenience for his plan. He adapted to circumstances (long line for the ski-lift style cableway to Mutianyu Great Wall, so we instead took the gondola-style, cutting out an unnecessary wait). He was talkative and informed, answering our curious questions about the surrounding areas, Beijing, the Summer Palace, and the Great Wall. Money well spent with Keith, and we were very happy with our day.

Booking tickets for the forbidden city was a breeze with Catherine, her communication was top notch and contacted us way in advance via WhatsApp to confirm things. She also provided pdf with map and information about forbidden city for us before our visit. Book with confidence, I can recommend to anyone considering.
