We had the best time rafting with the awesome Mario and team. They are very experienced guides who make you feel safe while providing a fun adventure. My teenage kids loved it too. We were looking for an excursion that felt more authentic Costa Rica and less touristy. This one struck the perfect balance. We can’t wait to go with them again!

The trip was absolutely fantastic. A big negative point: other vacationers. My daughter's and my seat was taken on the bus after the first stop. It wasn't a problem for us, but then we were given a lot of rude comments by other people because we were sitting in their seats, and that's not what you're supposed to do. The bus was big enough for everyone, and all the seats were the same. I found that impossible.

The guide, Vanessa, was excellent. Creative in finding solutions so we didn’t get stuck in long lines at Timanfaya and keeping the focus on interesting things during the tour. Always eager to answer questions and make the tour enjoyable.
