The connection method was no different from other companies and was easy to use, and there were no problems with the communication environment. The instructions were sent as a PDF, so it was inconvenient that I couldn't copy and paste. I think it would be easier if they sent it as text.

Previously, you had to enter the information each time you installed the app, but recently it has become so much easier that you can just press the "Install" button and it's ready to use right away! I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.
