I've always booked travel products through Ctrip, but this time was quite unusual. Besides feeling unwell, I also encountered issues like the tour leader not being able to get a visa and the foreign driver running away halfway through the trip. Fortunately, the local tour guide was quite responsible, and Ctrip's attitude was also acceptable, so I won't dwell on it too much. I hope similar incidents won't happen again in the future.

Our tour guide this time was Lim Akiak from TMS Bali. The itinerary was pre-selected through Ctrip, so it was pretty standard. However, the guide himself was quite good. He was a middle-aged man with small eyes and a big belly, very kind, honest, and had a great attitude. His service was very attentive. I recommend booking this guide through Ctrip.
