The itinerary was perfect—compact but not rushed. Everyone was punctual, and our guide, Xiaoyu, spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese seamlessly throughout. A truly worthwhile day trip. The Umijigoku and Zaojigoku are truly magical, with beautiful colors. Kinrinko Lake was just average, a small lake. However, Yufuin was a great place to explore, with plenty of snacks and an owl enclosure where you could pet them.★

Our Spider-Man guide, Kevin Yang, was incredibly humorous and thorough. We had a wonderful trip and were incredibly lucky. We saw Mount Aso 🌋, Kusasenri under a clear blue sky, had delicious ice cream 🍦, and enjoyed a beautiful foot bath in the Heishan hot springs. It was perfect 😍 and we're so grateful for the experience!★

The scenery along the way was worth the price of admission. It was so beautiful the whole way. I kept taking photos with my camera. The guide, Heather, was also very sweet and considerate. I even made some friends along the way. It was fun. Although it rained heavily and my shoes got soaked, Kitakyushu has a unique charm in the rain.★

Tours seemed like a waste of time. I had a preconceived notion that they'd be pushy tour packages, so I didn't really think about it. But this time, I came to Fukuoka for 6 nights and 7 days without a plan and didn't know what to do, so I signed up for a day tour. To cut to the chase, I realized my old-fashioned preconceptions were just wrong. The bus schedule was perfect, allowing me to explore each location, take photos, and buy souvenirs. The bus was perfectly timed, allowing me to sit down and enjoy the ride almost on time. The guide explained each point thoroughly, so it felt different to just see it for myself. The guide also shared many travel tips and made the conversation fun, which was incredibly informative. I went solo, but the guide let me sit with someone traveling alone, so we could chat and even if I couldn't hear the guide, someone else would be able to help me, which made me feel less lonely and less nervous. I think I'll probably be on a tour tomorrow and the day after. Thank you so much to our guide, Jeong Wi-jun, for introducing me to the joys of tours!★

The meeting point was right by the Starbucks at the east-shiroku exit of Hakata Station, and we departed right on time. Some tourists overslept and didn't even wait. They were very punctual.
The bus was in excellent condition, with plenty of air conditioning. The guide was very welcoming.
Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso were both great. Despite the heat, Kumamoto Castle was worth visiting; it's air-conditioned and offers a panoramic view from above. There were also many delicious dishes on the first floor. The horse meat fried cakes were delicious, and the limited-edition watermelon soda was very quenching.
Due to Mount Aso's active season, we couldn't get the bus to our nearest viewing location, which was a shame.
The ice cream on the mountain was delicious and worth trying. The set lunch menu was also good, though a bit pricey up there. The air was nice, and walking on the grass was much cooler than at the foot of the mountain.
