The tour guide and the older sister were very kind, enthusiastic and responsible. They canceled the cable car for the day due to personal reasons. The sister arranged a group tour for us and provided special services without any complaints. She adjusted various subsequent time arrangements for us and even arranged a separate car to take us back to the B&B in advance at the end of the tour, so that we didn't have to wait for other group members for a long time. I was very touched.
