The tour guide and the older sister were very kind, enthusiastic and responsible. They canceled the cable car for the day due to personal reasons. The sister arranged a group tour for us and provided special services without any complaints. She adjusted various subsequent time arrangements for us and even arranged a separate car to take us back to the B&B in advance at the end of the tour, so that we didn't have to wait for other group members for a long time. I was very touched.★

It was great. They provide real-time guidance and check-ins via WeChat. If you have any questions, they'll be happy to help you out anytime. The tourist train is also excellent. I just wish there were more public transportation to get to the tourist train station. It would be helpful if they also provided the train schedule in advance when making reservations.★

"Achieving the pinnacle of Lijiang tourism" is the best way to sum up this Jade Dragon Snow Mountain day tour. Our driver, Mr. Mu, was already picking up guests from various hotels in the city at around 5:00 AM. Thank you for your hard work. With seven of us in total, the car was just right—not too uncomfortable, but not too strenuous either. Mr. Mu provided meticulous care throughout the trip, clearly outlining key itinerary details, calling to check on our progress, and offering all the necessary support. For lunch, we had the simple but delicious cured pork rib hot pot. From picking up the car around 5:00 AM to returning to our hotel at around 4:00 PM, it was a truly fulfilling and enriching experience, punctuated by the achievement of reaching the summit of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. This tour was a perfect choice.
