Traveling during the off-season offers excellent value for money, especially since it's currently the dry season there, with sunny days and clear blue skies every day. This is a great time to see the sunrise over Meili Snow Mountain and the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake. The only inconvenience is the high time cost of traveling from Yunnan to surrounding attractions. However, Ctrip's services are quite good; airport transfers and shuttle buses are free, which is very thoughtful and convenient.
