Traveling to the UK, this stop is Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands. Glencoe is a canyon located south of Fort William in the Scottish West Highland Council District. From a lower watershed to the Etive Gorge, 308 meters above sea level, there is a steep glacial trough valley to the west, about 8 kilometers long and 800 meters wide, with mountains on both sides more than 900 meters high. In February 1692, a clan massacre involving betrayal of the local MacDonald family occurred here. Now the canyon is almost uninhabited.
