The Glacier Skywalk is a glass bridge in the Rocky Mountains that was built and opened to tourists in 2014. It has now become a new scenic landmark in Canada. The Skywalk Glass Bridge is an artificial suspended semicircular corridor on a cliff about 300 meters from the bottom of the steep Sunwapta Canyon. At the entrance of the Glacier Skywalk, the administrator will give each visitor a voice player to introduce the design intention of the "Skywalk", simple construction technology, designers, and the surrounding geological features, the names of peaks and valleys, and basic data, etc. Select the player button to choose from various languages in the world. The walking road is marked with obvious numbers. Press the number on the button and the voice player will start broadcasting the scenery information seen from this section. There are guardrails on the side of the trail, which can easily view the surrounding and valley scenery. The two ends of the arc of the glass bridge are connected to the cliff, and a fiberglass corridor is laid on the arc. The width of the corridor is about 1.5 meters. The 1.5-meter-high fiberglass safety guardrails on both sides of the corridor look spectacular and thrilling. The Icefield Skywalk allows visitors to walk at an altitude of 300 meters and view the beautiful glacier scenery around them, with a bird's eye view of the Sunwapta Canyon, the waterfalls and rivers in the mountains.
