A fantastic car rental experience with top-notch service! Airport pick-up was smooth and convenient. The car was in excellent condition, clean inside and out. Driving the Mazda MX5 on this trip was a wonderful experience; the chassis was stable and comfortable. Overall, the service was extremely efficient and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to rent a car in Japan!

It was a bit disappointing that I didn't get the car I wanted when I made the reservation. It seemed like I received a model from about five years ago, but there were no issues with the car itself. The staff were generally friendly. However, the attitude of the employee who mentioned that the cost was too low during the return process was regrettable.

If you're looking for a practical mode of transportation for your trip, rather than something luxurious or overly elaborate, this would be a good choice.

Five-star review! Highly recommend this car rental/transfer service! The car I rented in Japan this time was in perfect condition. The Subaru Levorg I received was clean, tidy, and extremely well-maintained! The airport pickup process was very smooth, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The Levorg's handling and EyeSight active safety system made driving on highways and in tunnels particularly reassuring, and the trunk space was more than enough for our luggage. The staff at Kansai Airport were very punctual and professional in their car handover/transfer service. Overall, a perfect service experience, I will definitely choose them again next time I'm in Japan!
This was the best decision I made it was so easy the driver was waiting as we existed the customs, then walked to the car with the driver. Then we had a short and comfortable drive to the Hotel. Although the driver only spock a little English we used a translation app and had a good chat he was very friendly and we all had a happy journey
