I stayed in Benin for a year. During the dry season, I went to the beach almost every weekend. The scenery was nice. As long as there was a shady place, the sea breeze was cool. The seafood was very cheap. A big swimming crab cost 4 yuan each, and a big mango cost 1 yuan each. But the prices were more than ten years ago.
