It was our first time renting a car in China, and we didn’t know that cars can be delivered and returned right in front of our hotel. The service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Affordable rates with no hidden fees. Excellent customer service throughout. I would definitely rent from here again and highly recommend them for reliable, hassle-free travel.

The best rental car we could find in China. We've driven over 8,000 km and never had any problems with the car. The staff were really friendly and helped us a lot. I recommend this rental car to everyone.

The entire car rental process was very smooth. The car was delivered directly to the hotel parking lot, and returned to the hotel parking lot as well, which was very convenient. The car was in excellent condition, and communication was very pleasant. Highly recommended!

I contacted them in advance via WeChat to confirm, and everything went as expected. I highly recommend this car for travelers who need to drive themselves. However, only a car charger is provided in the car, so please bring your own car charger adapter for charging.

I rented the car for almost a month. The car was clean, and I had a comfortable stay without any problems along the way. I was able to contact them via WeChat when I rented it, which made communication until the return process smooth and easy. I also appreciated that foreigners could make reservations and that there was a page that explained how to get a driver's license in detail. As a foreigner, I had some difficulties, such as the deposit being released very slowly, which caused me to worry for a month after returning the car, and because the car's registration certificate wasn't in the car (which is not good), I had to go back to the rental location to process any traffic violations. These are things I wouldn't have noticed if nothing had happened, but they are something to be concerned about when renting for a long period. However, I was able to have a comfortable road trip thanks to being able to make a reservation and having a clear plan until departure, so I'm grateful for that this time.

This was the best decision I made it was so easy the driver was waiting as we existed the customs, then walked to the car with the driver. Then we had a short and comfortable drive to the Hotel. Although the driver only spock a little English we used a translation app and had a good chat he was very friendly and we all had a happy journey

The vehicle was in very old condition, with numerous obvious scratches and damage on the body. The fabric seats inside were significantly worn, further emphasizing its age. Furthermore, the phone holder originally mounted on the air conditioning vent was broken. The overall condition of the vehicle seemed to be from twenty or thirty years ago, significantly impacting the user experience. The originally arranged vehicle was a Tesla Model 3, but I was concerned about limited charging locations, so I specifically asked customer service to send a gasoline-powered car, which resulted in this situation. Other than that, there were no other performance issues. However, I must emphasize that the rental company's service was excellent; they responded quickly and were flexible in handling the return time and location.

I mistakenly selected the wrong flight arrival time while making the booking. As soon as I realized my mistake, I immediately contacted the driver. He was extremely professional, understanding, and kind. Despite the short notice, he came to the airport as quickly as possible and picked us up without any hassle. I truly appreciate his excellent service, professionalism, and kindness. What a wonderful experience! Highly recommended. ⭐️

The vehicle was almost new . The pick up service was super easy. Drop off was a little slow. But over all experience very nice.
