Uzana - resort complex

Uzana - resort complex is situated on the gentle ridges of the Balkan Mountains in central Bulgaria, at an altitude of approx. 1500 m. This open highland basin is known for its natural views that change with the four seasons, with winter snow creating a natural ski area, and summer transforming it into a hiking paradise filled with wildflowers. The winter ski area is set on gentle slopes, making it suitable for family skiing and beginner practice. Non-skiers can choose snowshoeing and explore the silent, snow-sculpted forests along marked trails. In spring and summer, the plateau sheds its silver coat, revealing Bulgaria's alpine meadows. Over 120 species of herbs grow here, hiking trails crisscross through seas of flowers and ancient forests, and the air is filled with the scent of pine needles and thyme. Mountain bike trails follow the ridgeline, offering views of the sea of clouds flowing through the valley while riding. Whether it's the rustling sound of snowboards on snow during the ski season or stargazing on a midsummer night, Uzana - resort complex conveys the rustic charm and tranquility unique to the Balkan Mountains.Gabrovo · 41.4km from Sopot

The White Tower is a good place to appreciate the city of Thessaloniki. In 1826, the Ottoman Sultan Mahmud II ordered the execution of all members of the Sudanese Praetorian Guards. In order to erase this bloody history, the Greeks in 1913 Whitewash the tower after occupying the city in 2010. Visitors stand here to see the port, hills and street layout. There is a Byzantine museum in the tower with audio commentary services, allowing people to obtain historical information about Greece.Greece · Thessaloniki
