Things to do in Suifenhe

The Big White Building and the Human Head Building are must-see attractions in Suifenhe, but many people don't know where to go after arriving. You can visit them at night or during the day. During the day, there's a small museum inside that you can check out.

It is worth visiting. It is built on the site of a century-old Soviet school and takes train carriages as the main design line. Through four exhibition areas of history, nature, art, and modernity and more than 3,000 cultural relics, it systematically displays the century-old development of Suifenhe as a hub of the Middle East Railway and a Sino-Russian border port. It is known as the "Pearl of the Black Soil Expo Garden."

Suifenhe is a land port between my country and Russia, an important border town, and can be directly crossed along the railway and highway. Suifenhe means "awl" in Manchu, and it is named after the Xiao Suifenhe River that flows through the foot of the mountain beside the city.

Suifenhe has had different names in history: "Laibin River" in the Tang Dynasty, "Xupin River" in the Jin Dynasty, "Luibin River" in the Ming Dynasty, and "Suifen River" in the Qing Dynasty. "Luibin, Xupin and Suifen all mean "awl" in Manchu. They are just different pronunciations of Chinese characters. It got its name because of its twists and turns, passing through high mountains and dense forests.

The architectural style of Suifenhe Christian Church is unique and different from others. It is well preserved and very beautiful.

I would give more than 5 star if there is any!! The pick up was on time and we played for nearly 2 hours!! truly worth every penny and we love it so much! I chose to play snowboard and going up the hills was easy but th snow board was quite heavy, i got my not so little brother to carry it for me<33 greatful to have such helper
