PortAventura has more than 1 million square meters of breathtaking landscape and more than 30,000 different species of plants. The scenic spot is divided into five parts: Mexico, Polynesia, China, the Mediterranean coast and the western United States. Each zone is based on a different part of the world. Explore the quintessential Catalan coast town of Mediterrnia, watch a gunfight in the far west, and discover the park's most exhilarating rides in the Mexican Quarter. The largest area is the China area, a full path theme looks like the Great Wall of China. Experience a thrilling roller coaster ride in Europe at the 256-foot-tall on what is said to be the world's fastest, with a max speed of 84 mph! There are also speedboats, water tanks, and whitewater rafting to add to the fun, and there are several simulators for exciting experiences. Hanging around the park's myriad rides, the performances are different every day, and visitors can see dancing and acrobatics as well as the Sesame Street parade. There are also restaurants to enjoy food: tacos, Marco Polo's Chinese buffet or hot dogs.Salou · 8.4km from Tarragona

The Roman Amphitheater of Tarragona in Pula is located by the sea and is one of only 6 remaining ancient Roman amphitheaters, serving as a landmark of Pula. Because it once served as an administrative center during the ancient Roman period, Pula has preserved many buildings with a strong Roman style. It remains very well preserved to this day, and many music festivals or concerts are still held here. During World War II, Italy planned to relocate the entire theater back to the country, but the plan was canceled due to the immense scale of the project, which gives an idea of its size.Tarragona · 1.3km from downtown

We visited PortAventura for a day and honestly had the best time! The park was full of energy with its Halloween theme from spooky decorations to special shows, it really added to the fun. The rides were incredible, with something for everyone, from adrenaline-packed roller coasters to family favorites. The highlight was definitely the end-of-day parade and show, such a magical way to wrap up an amazing day! ✨ We also popped over to Ferrari Land, which was super cool, especially if you’re into speed and sleek design.Overall, PortAventura Salou is a must-visit for anyone heading to Spain, Barcelona. Can’t wait to go back! 🙌

Ferrari Land was super fun! The Red Force coaster is insanely fast! The park’s not huge, but it’s worth a visit if you’re into cars and thrills or Formula 1. Great vibes, cool photos!

Me and my friends had a fab time here. The longest we waited for was 30mins as we were out of season when we went. The park was still busy but we didnt need to get an express ticket as it would have been a waste of money. Food was tasty as was the sangria!! The only downside was and I would definitely taking is beach shoes or flip flops as the floor gets extremely hot in the sun to the point where my friend actually had a blister on her foot. There were plenty of sun loungers but I can imagine in peak season this may not be the case!!

It faces the coast and has a beautiful view. There are ruins, and although it's a little far from the town, there is a large aqueduct, so we were able to see plenty of sights.
