Tioman Island is located on the east coast of Malaysia and is known as the world's top leisure island. Legend has it that the island was also the palace of a dragon girl. The picturesque Tioman Island is sunny, and because of its beautiful scenery, the Hollywood musical "South Pacific" has also been filmed here. Tioman Island is well developed and has various facilities such as water sports, accommodation and dining. The waters around Tioman Island are blue and clear, and there are colorful sea fan corals, stone pines, sea hares and other marine life on the bottom, so there is also the nickname of nature aquarium. Moreover, the visibility of the sea water here is more than ten meters, and the warm and clear seabed makes it the best choice for diving enthusiasts. Swim with hordes of tropical fish for fun. In addition to diving, there are also water sports such as windsurfing, jet skis, banana boats, etc. to choose from. If you don't play in the water, you can also go hiking in the virgin jungle. The virgin jungle on the island is full of wild vines, apes and large lizards, and it has a Jurassic Park visual sense. In addition, the granite formations on the island make it an excellent place for rock climbing. Adventure lovers who like adrenaline can climb the legendary GunungNenekSemukut cliff or Longjiao Rock.Malaysia · Tioman

Batu Caves is a cave temple complex formed by limestone hills and is one of the most famous Hindu pilgrimage sites outside of India. This karst cave complex contains over 20 known caves, with the larger Temple Cave housing the Hindu deity of war, Murugan. It is also the central venue for Malaysia's Thaipusam festival, which attracts a large number of Hindu devotees for pilgrimage every year. At the foot of the hill stands a gilded statue of Murugan, approximately 42.7 m high and entirely gold-plated, serving as an iconic landmark of the scenic area. Next to the statue is a colorful rainbow staircase, requiring a climb of 272 steps to reach the cave entrance. Flocks of pigeons often gather on both sides of the stairs, and the plaza is dotted with multiple Hindu statues and colorful decorations. After entering the Temple Cave, walking deep along the towering cave walls, sunlight pours in from natural openings in the cave ceiling, illuminating the rock walls and Hindu shrines, with exquisite statues of Hindu deities distributed throughout the cave. The Cave Villa complex at the foot of the hill consists of the Art Gallery Cave and Museum Cave, displaying statues and murals based on Hindu mythology. To the left of the main staircase is the Ramayana Cave - Suyambu Lingam, with a tall statue of Hanuman standing at the entrance, and murals inside the cave depicting classic scenes from the Indian epic "Ramayana." Stalactites, stalagmites, and other karst geological features can be seen on the cave walls, and the caves are also home to various bats and other cave-dwelling creatures. A rock climbing route has been opened on the northeast side of the hill, attracting many rock climbing enthusiasts to take on the challenge.Malaysia · Batu Caves

Putra Mosque is also known as the "Floating Mosque" because about three-quarters of the building extends over Putrajaya Lake. The exterior is predominantly pink, constructed largely from rose-colored granite, and features nine domes. Construction began in 1997, and it can accommodate over 10,000 worshippers at once, making it one of the most recognizable landmarks in Putrajaya. The mosque consists mainly of three parts: the prayer hall, the courtyard, and the learning and functional spaces. The roof of the prayer hall resembles an open umbrella, composed of 49 domes of varying sizes arranged in a radial pattern, with a design inspired by Islamic architectural traditions. The minaret next to the mosque is tall and slender, with a rocket-shaped spire, and is equipped with elevators and stairs to reach the top. The entire mosque is designed to take full advantage of natural ventilation from the lake, with lake breezes passing through the corridors and vertical grilles to keep the interior cool. Viewed from the opposite shore, the pink domes and their reflection in the lake create a picturesque scene.Malaysia · Putrajaya

Saran Beach has more of a party vibe than anywhere else on the island. On the south side of the pier there is a wide and attractive white sandy beach, which is suitable for swimming. For many, Sharan's attraction isn't walking through town centres, but looking for giant lizards lurking in the dark canals. And tourists can head to the neighboring CoralIsand for snorkeling and beach parties.Tioman · 9.6km from downtown

The Masjid Selat Melaka is located on the artificial island of Malacca. If the water level is high, it looks like a floating building. The Straits Mosque under the sunset is very beautiful. The sound of chanting from the radio and the sound of the waves are intertwined. The golden dome is reflected in the setting sun. After dark, the mosque will light up, and the whole building will turn into another color, with a unique charm.Malaysia · Melaka Tengah

National Mosque of Malaysia is located right next to the old Kuala Lumpur Railway Station and is situated in the green space beside the Lake Gardens. It was completed in 1965. "Negara" means "national" in Malay, and the name commemorates the new nation's peaceful path to independence. Unlike common mosques with onion-shaped domes, it follows a clean and crisp modernist style, using concrete and marble to create a sense of open space, making it stand out among the city's many old Moorish-style buildings. The main dome of the prayer hall is particularly worth seeing: the 16-pointed star-shaped concrete roof resembles a giant open umbrella, radiating outward from the center. Beside it stands a minaret approx. 73 m high, with a top that looks like a closed umbrella, often described by visitors as resembling a rocket. The entire complex can accommodate over 10,000 worshippers at once. After major renovations in the 1980s, the roof was tiled with blue and green tiles, which pair neatly with the white columns.Malaysia · Kuala Lumpur

Merdeka Square is located in the city center of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, situated in front of the Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad, and covers an area of approx. 8.2 hectares. The predecessor of this field was the Selangor Club field, known as "Padang," which was once the venue for cricket, rugby, and other matches. Since then, the square has been renamed "Merdeka Square," and it is where the annual National Day celebrations are held.Malaysia · Kuala Lumpur

Petaling Street Market is a vibrant market in the old town of Kuala Lumpur, often visited as the city's Chinatown. The name Petaling Street originates from a tapioca mill established on the street by Yap Ah Loy, a founding father of Kuala Lumpur. Today, long green awnings cover the street, with stalls lined up one after another, offering a wide variety of clothing, watches, bags, accessories, and souvenirs. After nightfall, vendors light up their stalls and the crowds surge. The aroma of snacks fills the air, and you might occasionally encounter street performers. The lively, festive atmosphere is truly bustling.Malaysia · Kuala Lumpur

The white sandy beach of Kampong Paya is short and wide, densely packed with two resorts, several restaurants and snack bars. The seabed in this area is full of rocks and the water is shallow, which is not suitable for swimming. It is more suitable for walking on the beach and enjoying the sunset. Many Singaporean students and tour groups who want to go snorkeling by the sea make their way to Paya.Tioman · 5.6km from downtown

Probably the best island retreat in Malaysia. The island itself is with laidback environment, crystal clear water, quiet beaches, full of corals at some point and with abundant life of fish, turtles and etc.

Genting Highlands is really popular among locals. It is packed with people every weekend and holiday. There are several hotels all over Genting Highlands, including three-star, four-star and five-star hotels. Moreover, the hotel group is very generous and provides free rooms (but certain conditions must be met). This "free" strategy can also attract tourists to come and consume frequently.

Definitely worth the experience and achievement of climbing the stairs. Monkeys are intimidating and although I had no food, one jumped onto my backpack while I was climbing the stairs. Nature inside the cave is lovely.

The Pink Mosque in Malaysia 🕌, as its name suggests, is entirely pink. The inner courtyard is very large, and it's said to be a popular place for worshippers. There are several great spots for taking photos and checking in. 📸

When visiting Malacca, one always wants to see the world-famous Straits of Malacca with their own eyes, to keep a promise to sail across the Straits. A special trip was made to the Floating Mosque, just to gaze upon this busy shipping lane. The sea was vast, and the sea breeze was strong. The architecture wasn't as stunning as expected, but the view of this strait was enough to leave a lasting impression. ✨

A trip to Kuala Lumpur isn’t complete without wandering through Petaling Street Market. Bustling with energy, it’s packed with street food, souvenirs, and hidden gems. I tried some delicious dim sum and grabbed a refreshing bubble tea while browsing the stalls. A lively spot for food and bargain hunting!
