No frills and small room, best to leave your luggage elsewhere. Conveniently located near to the station with a direct underpass suitable for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast had a good variety.

Location is literally right infront of Shinano-Omachi station, extremely convenient. Walking distance to Delicia supermarket, Daiso etc. Food quality provided for breakfast was top notch. Onsen was clean and hot enough to enjoy! Extremely value for money and great experience!

We chose this hotel by location first of all, because we arrived around midnight at Nagano station. The hotel is very close to it. There was convenient check-in and check-out automatic system. The facilities of the room were great - private bathroom and a toilet, and also pajamas. The room is very small, but it is totally sufficient for a trip.

Hotel service is excellent, room is very clean and breakfast is delicious (Japanese cuisine) . We enjoy staying there for 8 days, 15 minutes walk from Nagano JR line. If you have many luggages on your way back to Nagano JR station (too much shopping done after the trip 😅) suggest you let the hotel staff know they will book a taxi for you ( only cost JY 900). I had a pleasant stay and fully recharge after a short break. Definitely will be back again. ありがとございますた。

Good service. First, we booked ”smoking room” due to ”non-smoking” was not available. Hotel officer changed us to non-smoking, Goodness ! Enjoy breakfast, good + delicious. Enjoy free coffee & tea (afternoon to aftermidnight)

Awesome hotel. Very clean with all amenities you can imagine, like face masks, drip coffee, green tea, bathing salt, creams, lotions, toothbrush and much more! Very friendly staff. Parking was easy just beside the hotel in a parking Tower which costs 1200¥. Perfect location. All major attractions of Matsumoto are close by.

I Like the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is spacious. The front desk staff could communicate in English. Good if you drive there. Else, it’s a distance from the train station. St Paul church is just opposite of the hotel. There’s also a Japanese shin nearby. There are good bakery shops nearby for breakfast. We were there on 2 weekdays and there’s not many people and not many shops open. The restaurant next to it serves good pasta and pizza. We had our 2 dinners settled there. Karuizawa is a beautiful place. You may have a morning jog nearby and it’s so serene running around.

My return visit to the hotel as it was a very convenient place for short stay before venturing to the alpine hiking trails. This time, I managed to enjoy the natural Onsen at another hotel, which was free. It included free transport transferr and towel.

Second time staying in a Sotetsu Feeesa Inn hotel and it did not disappoint! Location was just 5 mins walk from the train station. Staff was very nice and friendly. Amenities were self service and was great! 100% recommended to anyone visiting Japan.

Great location, just 5 minute walk from the JR Nagano station. It has a main entrance and a back door entry way. The amenities were fantastic, room is the average size in Japan, a little small for western standards but it was comfortable. We loved the onsen on the 11th floor and the free use of the massage chairs as well as complimentary Popsicles and Soba at night. The breakfast was also lovely, with a main focus on Japanese breakfast (there were a few western dishes available).

I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one, so I was a bit worried. However, when I got to the hotel, they were fully booked for non-smoking rooms. To my surprise, the smoking room wasn't bad at all! I could barely smell any smoke inside. The floor had a slight smoky scent, but honestly, it didn't bother me. The room was very clean, even by Japanese standards, and had everything I needed. The room was actually a bit bigger than other similar business hotels I've stayed in. The location was perfect, right across from Nagano station. And I got a great deal! If I can find the same rate again, I'd definitely stay here.

The configuration of a fast hotel. You have to arrive at the appointed time to go to the room, but you can check in early and leave your luggage. There are two Toyoko Inns in Nagano Station. When you come out of the station, one is to go out of the Zenkoji Exit, and this one is to go out of the East Exit. Don't go the wrong way. We went to the Zenkoji store first, and then we realized that we made a mistake. The hotel staff is kind and polite, and the service attitude is very good

The breakfast room in the lobby was to small and not very nice. There where no seats available 6.45 so I went back to my room and waited 30 minutes. Still very crowded. You could hardly walk to a table.

Hotel is in midst of renovation and many parts yet to be completed. Once fully done, it will be fantastic . My room looks a bit old , but the size was big to move around in. Facilities were excellent and there is free all you can eat ice cream at lobby . There is also a big onsen , but the water is a bit too hot to sit for long in ! Nevertheless it was nice. Location is about 7 mins walk from train station . Would come back here again if ever in the region.

Pretty nice hotel at a convenient location (only 6 minutes walking from Matsumoto station). Amenities are aplenty, with ample washing machines/dryers and hot springs, sauna and cold pools. Free ice cream during the afternoon/night and yakult in the morning are plus points. Complimentary hot ramen at night is great as well. Many places to eat after hours nearby. Also comes with free mango pudding upon arrival in the fridge, which is nice. Nice place to stay if you are planning to go to Kamikochi or just go around Matsumoto yourself or with loved ones.

It is very close to the train station and the long-distance bus station, but the room is not noisy at all. The room is relatively simple, and the facilities are not exquisite, but it is clean and comfortable, and the cost performance is high enough. The staff is warm and considerate, and I feel at home.

This is a small hotel but pretty good. Between 10 and 15mn by walk from the Matsumoto station and 20m. To the castle. Rooms are well equipped. There is a lift and the breakfast included starting at 6h30 is a various buffet. Check-in and checkout fast and efficient. The price is affordable and they propose at the 2nd floor a Japanese bath

It’s a value for money choice for a clean and modern hotel with spacious room, which is difficult to find at Karuizawa. Additional amenities and services such as bicycles rental and washing machines are offered at a very reasonable price. I would recommend anyone staying there.

The hotel is located in Kyu-Karuizawa, in a quiet grove, with a great environment! The most ordinary room is 30 square meters, which is a big surprise in Japan. The room is very clean, the toiletries are L'Occitane, and there are travel-sized basic skin care products, which are very good! The only drawback is that the girl at the front desk may not speak English well. For example, there is a shuttle bus to the station at 10/11 o'clock, but she did not take the initiative to inform the guests when they checked out at 10 o'clock ~ service points deducted

This is my third time staying at this hotel. I upgraded my room. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Yunchang Pond. The breakfast food is very high quality and worth buying. The hotel is as good as ever.

I was worried of the quality due to how cheap the booking was. But I was genuinely surprised how neat the building, lobby, rooms and bathrooms were when we got there. The place was convenient and close to the Outlet and convenience stores (by car) I like how comfort inn is very modern too as they have menu/further info that you can access via QR code once you are in the room. Even if you also place do not disturb on your door, you will still receive fresh towels/linens outside your door. Overall it was a pleasant stay. For those wondering, the front desk is 24/7, so you can check out as early as 3am. The only sad thing is I couldn’t bring my pet. I hope they can lift that policy in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

After traveling for so many years, I must comment on this hotel: I chose this hotel for a summer study tour with my children this year. It is about a 10-minute walk from Karuizawa JR Station. I still walked with my children, and adults may be faster. The location is very good. It is also very convenient to walk to Yuntang Pond, the old Karuizawa shopping area, St. Paul Church, etc. Of course, you can choose to ride a bicycle. A little further south is Ohga Hall Theater and a children's playground. The facilities are very good. The children will play there for two hours every afternoon. The hotel staff is very nice. They called my name as soon as we arrived! And handed me the key. The breakfast is also delicious. Mr. Maruyama, the staff at the front desk, also gave the children ice cream and local Japanese cookies! The little sister who doesn't speak English also used the iPad translation software to understand my request. I couldn't find a shirt in the hotel. The manager Mr. Satou handled it in a very Japanese way. He apologized repeatedly and gave the children traditional Japanese cookies when we left. Because the flight was early in the morning, when we returned to the hotel the night before, the staff on duty at the front desk gave us a bag of food and drinks for breakfast! I have been traveling for so many years, and I have never seen a hotel treat guests like this! When we left at 5:30 in the morning, I thought there would be no one at the front desk so early. When I left the key on the counter, Mr. Maruyama came out, opened the door for us, sent us out, stood at the door of the hotel and said goodbye to us, and watched us leave. When we walked to the intersection and looked back, he was still standing there waving at us. It was a warm and beautiful Japanese way of seeing off guests... Although it is far from the station, it is very convenient to have someone to pick it up by car. In the morning, you will be booked with you to determine the time to go. It is very convenient for people who don't drive to come to Karuizawa to ride and walk on the weekend. It feels good to live in this location at this price. Before it was converted into a hotel, this building should have been a rest house for its employees by a certain company. The equipment is relatively old, but clean and sanitary. There is a toilet in the room but only a washbasin and no bathroom. You have to go to the large public bath on the first floor to take a bath. Although the large public bath on the first floor is not a hot spring, it is quite comfortable to soak in it. There is also a sauna room inside. I didn't book breakfast at the hotel. I rented a bicycle from the front desk in the morning. I rode a bicycle to Kumoba Pond to listen to the birds singing, and then went to SAWAMURA in the old Karuizawa for breakfast. It was very good.
