Stayed here for 2 nights. I recommend to stay here, room is clean, the owner is polite and very friendly. We will come back again when we are in Pai next times.
The staff were very helpful, even lent us a map so we could find the road. On about 15 minutes walking from the easy house restaurant where you can enjoy a nice Thai food.

The most important thing to know about this place is, it's rural. This has many implications:
Cons - the grounds are very beautiful, at night with the stars out, and during the day when u can see the surrounding fields. Sunsets are gorgeous out here.
- We saw plenty of children running around and having a fantastic time.
- Laid back natural atmosphere.
Cons - the ground can be seen between the floorboards, this means very poor insolation and it got very cold in December.
- The floorboards creak. Alot. You'll hear your neighbor's every step.
- The doors are flimsy and do not shut we'll.
- The bathroom is external, and though private and large is exposed to some degree to external element. I liked it alot, but my partner did not. In any case, can get pretty cold on there at night
I wouldn't worry about safety, felt pretty safe to me.
Bottom line, very good vibe but rudimentary services.
The area has beautiful views and is well-maintained. Convenient parking (even if you are driving). A bike ride away from 7/11 and the city center. I lived in a trailer. It was a bit chilly at night. And during the day, if you don't turn on the air conditioner, it was very hot (there was an air conditioner and it worked properly). Overall, it was a nice, fairly large and comfortable trailer. The path to the trailers goes through a suspension bridge, it was atmospheric. There was no pool. There are nice cats living at the reception, I loved to pet them while passing by

The room is the same as the picture. Let's talk about the inside first. The air conditioner faces the bed and you can't adjust the wind. It is either on or off. It is awkward to use. The wind is very strong. Another point is the noise problem. There is a bar near the door. By 2 o'clock in the morning, those who have insomnia will definitely become even more insomniac. It is very noisy and loud. The breakfast is still good.

The breakfast is good, suitable for Chinese tastes. The cleaning is very clean and the store is very particular about it. There are a lot of bugs in one layer, so prepare anti-mosquito liquid. Very close to the night market, there is a small stall in the night market, the food stall of the Chinese mother, the only non-sweet noodles.

A good place to live, little bit outside of town. Can be good to have a motorbike. But it is nice and quiet at this place. Polite and helpful staff. Nice rooms✨ though did smell abit musty in their simplest bungalows. They have breakfast in the morning. And is a safe haven for some nice cats living there. I very much enjoyed my stay✨

The hotel is very good. There is a pick-up service from the station. Just call the hotel. It’s a detached house. Breakfast can be ordered. It’s delicious. It’s a place to eat in Pai. The hotel itself is an attraction. The swimming pool is There are free swimsuits and free swimsuits, but I have brought them myself. There are two front desks that can speak Chinese and two front desks that can speak English. The hotel can help rent motorcycles, 200/car, very convenient, by worship I stayed in the county for two nights, very happy

GGuest UserThis resort is perfectly located a few short miles from the busy activity of Pai town and major tourist attractions. The bungalows are spread across the landscaped terraces, separated by flowering trees and fish ponds. The resort sits among the rice fields of the Pai River valley, with views of mountain ranges on two sides. The setting is peaceful -- with the sounds of tree frogs, wild birds, geckos and the occasional farm animal providing a natural orchestra. The new owner, Vanda, is a fantastic hostess and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have the information you need to make the most out of Pai's many attractions. In Jan 2023 the resort installed new, spring mattresses and upgraded internet service and wifi technology to the best available in Thailand. The free, high-speed wifi service is available resort-wide, making the Pond Terrace a perfect shared workspace for digital nomads and those traveling for work. The breakfast options (included in the price) included Muesli with yogurt or honey, French Toast, or full American Breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit from local farms is included with each. Finally, the coffee options included American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte made from freshly ground coffee beans from northern Thailand. We have lived and travelled in Thailand for 8 years. This resort ticks all the boxes! We will return--often!
GGuest UserExcellent place for the price. It isn’t like some of the other places that are directly in town, but it’s like a 10 minute walk to get to the center of Pai. Kind staff and great amenities.
GGuest UserIdeally located near the lake and the Wat. 's evening a very pleasant evening market. The room was clean. Staff was very nice and breakfast excellent with choice from Thai breakfast and Westers

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. The rooms were comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a nice small garden. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the local attractions. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. The breakfast is good, but when there is a buffet, very minimum choise, only good for Thais (no milk, no fruits, no meat), coffee in paperbox.

구구룸나그네While the hotel was generally clean, the large number of young guests, many of whom were smoking cigarettes and other substances, made for a challenging stay for middle-aged couples like us. The central swimming pool was frequently noisy with groups playing and smoking, so I advise families with children to thoroughly research the hotel before booking. On the positive side, its location is excellent, being just a 10-minute walk to Walking Street. If you prioritize value for money and can overlook other concerns, it might be an acceptable option.
AAlan XGSame as others’ comments there are quite a lot of insects but it is normal for this town. It’s also the reason for us to choose the room on the second floor. There are only two staffs but they are nice and helpful. Good experience for sleep inside the mosquito bar 😆
