Our family love everything about the resort. Great location. Clean room and bathroom. Nice pool. Acceptable breakfast spread. The food and drink at the cafe were good with affordable price. The only downside of the cafe was no cards or e-wallet payment.
Room was very clean, fresh water replaced daily free of charge. The WiFi worked very well, was able to stream and download tv on an evening. The aircon was strong and kept the room nice and cool. The location is good, right in the centre of the island but away from the busy noisy areas, could easily walk to any beach within 10 minutes.
As other people have noted, there is a bar that plays music nearby however it didn’t bother us, all you could hear was the bass and we slept right through it. For the price, I don’t think there is much better.
Koh Tarutao National park is a GEM! 💎
We spent an incredible 9 days in a Grand Garden room and it was great. Location location location! Very nice staff everywhere and the shuttle to walking street was effective. You can book all of your transportation with them through email and even book a private boat to come pick you up for a day (DO IT!).
Con’s: 1 Groundwater supply. It is brown and ruined multiple clothing items of white color. 2 Breakfast: while there was a large selection, only a select few items were healthy options. Symbolic cafe at the beach has way better options, but it’s expensive and not included. The orange juice is fake with sugar and so are the other drinks available. Again the staff were great but please consider removing the gesture from the man at 10am who tells each table that breakfast is ending. There are signs and the timing is listed in the booking details, it felt insincere and you could tell he wasn’t comfortable doing it either. 3 the cleaner was ineffective, leaving the ground water stains to build up in the sink and the toilet. Changed sheets every 3 days even though they were brown from the water. She was kind and sincere.
Pretty solid I guess, we stayed in the little villas between the restaurant and the pool. They were generally clean and quiet, staff was nice enough but not overly so. Bigger issues tbh is Koh lipe- it’s supposed to have world class beaches but they are covered end to end with boats all day every day. They only want to avoid it is north near Irene and the maintain area, or to take a little boat to some nearby beach. This place is good enough if you’re going to lipe though.
Clean, cozy hotel, great price, excellent staff, minus poor sound insulation... there is a hairdresser nearby, 7eleven, the people around are friendly. Stayed overnight before a trip to Langkawi, the ferry leaves at 11.30)))
We are a group of four, and the room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. They provided baggage services, sending our luggage to the pier when we checked out. The hotel is located at Pattaya Beach, just a short walk from Walking Street and the pier. Breakfast offers a variety of options, from Asian to Western.
One minor issue is that the water pressure for the shower is slightly low.
Beautiful view from room, worth its price. Will still come back if revisit kohlipe.
It's a very quiet small town. I didn't expect that the receptionist was a Thai girl who studied Chinese in Chongqing. The hotel is in a good location, the room is good overall, and the hygiene is also very good.
I booked this hotel because the 3pm boat to Ko Lipe was no longer in service since Covid-19 hit Thailand and my family and I were stuck on the main land. It was a clean hotel with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay and not too far rom the pier we were catching a boat from the next day.
The facilities is nice. Have got great air condition and working water heater. The place is also very wonderful.

GGuest UserFor budget hotel, this hotel considered worth the money. The room is quite old, toilet is quite smelly. But consider okay for a budget hotel. The location is far from shops, need to drive if you want to find food.
GGuest UserA very, very, very memorable resort.
Facilities: The cabins are natural-style, with poor sound insulation, but the advantages are not enough. It is acceptable for the scenery.
Hygiene: Cleaning is very timely. Basically, our room can be cleaned before noon, which is in sharp contrast with Ananya.
Environment: Absolutely 100 points. We went to all three beaches. If you are with children, you must choose sunrise. First of all, there is a reef at the entrance of October. You can see many crabs and small fish in the evening; secondly, there are shade trees, and children are not afraid of sun exposure when playing in the sand.
Service: The service is excellent. On the last day, we moved to Ananya and were sent there by boat. The front desk stood on the beach and waved goodbye to us, which was very enthusiastic. The most common thing I heard from the front desk these days is that it’s ok, whatever you want. The hotel has various snorkeling supplies, beach toys, and life jackets for rent, all free of charge.
Breakfast is a menu, which is relatively simple, but tastes good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are too lazy to go out, you can choose to eat directly in the hotel.
All in all, really like it here!
JJess0stSuch a beautiful property and location, I couldn’t recommend enough. The location, staff, food and views were all 10/10. The bungalows are such a lovely experience. We didn’t have a problem without air con, the fan kept us nice and cool (even on the colder side) at night and it’s not ridden with misquotes, just make sure the doors are shut and you lather on mosquito cream if you’re prone to being bitten! The staff are very polite and helpful and 50Bhat taxis arrived quickly on request. The food is good, and the happy hour was great, but the property is so close to walking street you can’t miss it! There’s a diving school on site, but we only had time to kayak and snorkel. Definitely for couples, perhaps not children.
ЮЮлияThe hotel is a bit away from all the action. Its own clean pool on the beach, albeit tiny. Towels are provided. The staff is nice, but the cleaning is so-so)
The breakfasts are good. The room is so-so, there are cracks in the floor, it's old, the sockets don't work, they spark, instead of 2 beds there is a double and a single bed, they gave 3 beds with one single bed. It's a bit strange to sleep like that. There was no table in the room. But there was a beautiful cat with kittens. Please feed the cats when you stay at this hotel and pour fresh water🫶

WWai KuenA perfect place to stay. 2 minutes walk to Pattaya beach. Hotel provide free shuttle from hotel to the immigration. A nice hideaway in the garden. Quite from the busy walking street which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel via beach.
BBusyinasiaIt has been out favorite hotel on the island. It is still very good. Great location (quiet), sea line with very beautiful area, some shade during the sunny day. Very good breakfast and ability to put additionally beds in the room. However, when we were there 5 years ago last time, the service was better. Just an example: there are pits with water next to each villa to clean the feet from the send. If you are a customer you get used to that pretty quickly because it is great that you don't bring the sand to your room and bed, then you actually need it. 5 years ago every time we woke up the pot already was full with water. This time it could stay out of water for the whole day and the half of the next day. Some people were pouring in drinking water there to make it possible cleaning the sand off. There are few other small things that degraded sadly. However, it is till one of the best on the island.
GGuest UserClean and central hostel, not much space for sharing areas and not really ”family vibe”, a little bit expensive, but for a few days it's great
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the beach and has complete facilities and activities. The only bad thing is that the hotel is located in the north, and the journey to the hotel is long and winding, passing through a small village. The service and reception are warm. Although the room is made of wood, it has good privacy. There is no hot water supply for bathing. There is no air conditioning, but the fan is cool enough. There is a safe but no TV. The wifi signal is average. Maybe the room is located too far inside. It is particularly worth mentioning that the breakfast included in the room is very rich and generous, and fruits and drinks are available from the self-service. A very satisfying stay. 😍
