What travelers say:"Great location between drum tower and the city wall south gate so just a short walk to lots of sightseeing and food & beverage options and for pagodas etc its just a 20min taxi ride. Hotel itself has nice design and rooms are comfortable and in good shape, cleaning was overall good and it was quiet at night. Not a huge fan of the semi-open bathroom though and the minifridge doesnt really cool. Breakfast was quite limited compared to the big Western chains but no big deal for us. Staff was nice throughout and no language issues. Overall pretty good value for money and would consider staying here again next time in Xi’an."Book - No.5

What travelers say:"We are family with 2 kids, 3 and 7. We spent most of time in pool. Water temperature was 28, pretty good to play and very clean, but this place is full of kids taking 1 on 1 lessons, felt guilty that we are interfering them by making a move to wrong way or king splash.. Loves steam room in locker room. Sauna was not working, looked broken.
Everywhere is very neat and clean, hall way was beautiful, people were all nice and friendly, except breakfast buffet restaurant. Some chefs on cooking station looked annoyed whenever we ask some request. Some servers looked angry too. On first day, we couldn't even find a place to sit cause there were too many people. Manager opens one of the spot for more space, and then cleaning lady came to tell us stand up and move since it is not where we were supposed to sit. Foods are too scattered far, couldn't see and recognize what they have well enough. Food quality was not bad. Variety was not satisfying like only two kids of jam.
Executive lounge happy hour was good. Not a lot of kids of foods but the quality of them were all good. Coffee was too bitter like roasted too long time ago. Liquor collection was pretty good too.
Room amenities looked neat and clean but cheap stuffs. Room was clean and spacious, pretty."Book - No.10
