Highlights: Zhangjiagang Park is a large comprehensive park in the urban area. The park was formerly an abandoned kiln site with low-lying terrain and was expanded by excavating soil to create a lake. The low-lying grounds on both sides of the Xiaocheng River in the park, a hydrophilic corridor with riverside leisure paths, rope bridges, pavilions and embossed squares, etc., has become a scene in the park. There are also 3 earth mountains and Yellowstone rockery waterfalls in the park. There are 3 layers of mazes with a total length of 380 meters on the earth mountain. The maze uses pine, bamboo, plum and other plant materials to create a quiet and distant space landscape, which forms a strong contrast with the majestic waterfall. The whole garden is dominated by native tree species. A total of 120 species of trees, shrubs, flowers and plants are planted, including 48 species of trees and 206 large trees with a diameter of more than 15 cm. The main trees are cedar, camphor, magnolia, weeping willow, cypress, ginkgo and so on.
