Absolutely beautiful place. Go at sunset for views all across the city. The Architecture is stunning and you can spend ages wandering around at your leisure.
Amman citadel is one of the best historic sites in Amman. The bonus is that it is also an amazing viewpoint!

Not too far from the Temple of Hercules is the Roman Amphitheater and one of the best examples of Roman theater that I have ever seen!
This place is actually in the local city center, on a very busy road, and suddenly this ruins appeared. There are a lot of sacred pillars in this square. It is especially suitable to go there and check in and take photos. There are also many local children who will come to guide you on how to take better photos than you can imagine, but you need to pay tips to the children.

Rainbow Street is a neighborhood where many foreign tourists live and play. It is also a good place to taste local food and enjoy the fun of life. Many bars and hotels are opened by foreigners. It is a relatively lively and safe area.
This block is near the hotel where we stayed. The street is quite wide. You can see many beautiful colorful paintings on the street. Vehicles are prohibited from passing through the street. There are many delicious restaurants and small hotels.

The Jordan Museum is a national-level museum. This country has a very long history. Many traces and cultural relics from the ancient Roman period can be seen here. Archaeological excavations are ongoing at the site, and visiting the museum is still very worthwhile for learning.

[Layout] Mainly divided into two floors. The first floor is history, starting from 8,000 years ago to the Dead Sea Scrolls, and then to how Jordanians' technology has developed today. I personally like the second floor, which is very interactive and popularizes various little-known inventions and creations. Each one can be experienced through videos or interactions.
[Environment] The whole museum is not crowded, not big, and quite clean, which is different from the impression of China's second- and third-tier cities on the streets outside.
