I've known Baotu Spring, the "Number One Spring in the World," since childhood. This trip, inspired by its reputation, was truly well-deserved. Jinan truly lives up to its name, with famous springs everywhere and beautiful scenery in every home, a truly captivating experience.
The scenic area is shaded by green trees, with pine and bamboo groves and numerous springs, which fully reflects the characteristics of Jinan, the City of Springs. It is very popular and has a strong cultural atmosphere. There are relics of famous literati such as Li Qingzhao, an exhibition of the anti-Japanese deeds of the people of Jinan in those days, and various cultural and creative products. It is worth a visit!

Baoquan Tourist Area is a national AAAAA-level scenic spot located in Huixian City, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China. With canyon ecology, waterfalls and cliff experiences as its core features, it covers a total area of 110 square kilometers and is known as the "Taihang Water Kingdom" and "Central Plains Waterfall Group".
Very good. Henan's tourism industry chain is really doing very well now. It's a good place to take children. The children have a lot of fun playing in the water. The environment is also very good. In summer, except for being a little hot, it is definitely a good place to play. Moreover, the bus can return to the service center at any time in the evening. It's really good and much better than too many attractions.

Yuntaishan has nice scenery, and the toilets, sightseeing buses, food and accommodation are all complete. However, if you are not traveling with the elderly and children, the cable car is not very necessary. If you take the cable car up and down, one day is enough to visit the entire area, including Hongshi Gorge, Xiaozhaigou, Quanpu Gorge (or Tanpu Gorge), and Zhuyu Peak.
The scenery is beautiful, especially the Quanpu Gorge, with its various waterfalls along the way, and the final Yuntai Waterfall, which is quite stunning. It exceeded my expectations. One ticket gives you access to the scenic area for three days, which is quite worth it. The scenic shuttle bus allows you to visit multiple attractions, which is very convenient.

First, we crossed an underground rift valley to reach the starting point of the rafting. We drifted in the cave for about 25 minutes, and then visited the cave. It really looked like a dragon palace, especially the big waterfall. The scene was very shocking and worth a visit.
The cave is a one-way street, just follow the signs. The East China Sea Dragon Palace is very nice, there is a waterfall, many people take photos, the stalactites are also very beautiful, the cave is also cool, the rafting is a little bit exciting at the end, the rest are very gentle

On the last day in Mount Wutai, our tour guide Xiao Zhao took us to visit the temples in the central scenic area and told us many interesting stories, which brought our trip to Shanxi to a perfect end.
If you have faith, go to Mount Wutai. If you like taking photos, go to Mount Wutai. If you hike, you must climb to the Big Snail Peak. Climb the 1,008 steps to see all the other mountains. The mountain is in the clouds, the temple is in the mountain, and you are in the temple.

The scenic area is large in scale, with water as its soul and mountains as its scenery. The mountains and waters are intertwined, and the beautiful scenery is endless. The tour itinerary is well arranged, relaxing, and the check-in points are outstanding. It is worth visiting again!
❗️❗️ Special Reminders 1️⃣ We strongly recommend arriving a day early and staying overnight in a B&B near the Baquanxia parking lot. Enter the scenic area at 7:00 AM the next day. You can go rafting in Qinglong Gorge the afternoon before. 2️⃣ If you can't enter the scenic area before 8:00 AM, don't come! We strongly advise against coming in the afternoon; it's very hot and crowded, and you'll definitely run into trouble if you don't heed the advice. 3️⃣ Arrive early. Route A is recommended (buy a ticket on a certain route). The scenery is all in the first half of Route A, allowing you to take beautiful photos while you're most energetic. The canyon is very cool in the morning, and if you walk quickly, you can get out before noon. [Detailed Itinerary] 🚣🏼August 6th (Wednesday) Chartered car from Changzhi East Station directly to Qinglongxia River Rafting. Opening hours: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The water is cool and quite exciting. It's recommended to arrive early to avoid crowds. We checked in at 1:30 PM and had to queue for the shuttle bus to the river. We finished our swim and shower at 3:20 PM. Reminders: 1️⃣ Purchase your ticket online an hour in advance to get it checked in; otherwise, you'll have to buy it on-site. 2️⃣ You'll get soaked, so you don't need a raincoat. You can buy slippers, water guns, and buckets on-site. Luggage storage is available. 3️⃣ Make sure you bring a change of clothes! Swimsuits are welcome. There's a simple shower, so bring shampoo and shower gel. 4️⃣ You can get a ride from the parking lot to Baquan Gorge for 30 RMB. ⛰️August 7 (Thursday) Baquan Gorge 7:35 AM - Walk from the B&B to Parking Lot 2. Take the free scenic area shuttle for 2 minutes to the scenic area gate. There are a lot of people checking in, so you'll have to wait in line. Pitfall 1️⃣: If you're not driving, you still need to enter the parking lot to take the bus! Don't wait outside on the roadside. Pitfall 2️⃣: Be sure to buy your ticket online in advance! Enter by scanning your ID card. Tickets purchased on-site are often crowded and require a line. 7:50 AM - Sightseeing bus ride (waited in line for half an hour, the longest of the day. There were 15 people per bus, so it was a bit slow). Pitfall 3: Line B is in the left column, Line A is in the right column. Don't stand in the wrong row. 8:20 AM - The sightseeing bus takes 3 minutes to the tunnel entrance. A 5-minute walk through the tunnel leads to the cruise ship terminal. It wasn't crowded, so boarding was quick. 8:40 AM - Cruise departs. Upon disembarking, you'll find the Eight Springs Heart checkpoint. Then walk through the canyon. It's not too hot or too sunny. We spent a long time taking photos, taking 3 hours. The walk to the cable car normally takes 1-2 hours. 11:50 AM - Arrived at the cable car station. Lines lined up for the cable car 🚠, which went over several hills. After getting off, there were places to eat. We didn't climb up to the Jade Emperor Pavilion, but you can go to the back of the pavilion to see the scenery (p4). There were no other attractions after that, so we had to transfer to other small public transportation. Took the Sky Bus. Scan the QR code to buy a ticket for 20 yuan, which is recommended. The walk down the mountain takes 40 minutes. There's no shade along that stretch, so it's very sunny. There were 30 people per trip, so we waited a short while before getting on. However, the line B was very long at that time, so there was no shade and it was very sunny. Then took the elevator. It was less crowded, so we waited for the first one and got on. 1:20 PM - After exiting the elevator, we arrived at the sightseeing bus stop. We exited the scenic area and took the scenic bus to Parking Lot 1. We arrived at Parking Lot 2 at 1:45 PM and returned to our B&B.

The Red Leaf Persimmon Rock Tourist Area, located in Boshan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, China, is a four-season scenic spot integrating natural scenery, cultural landscape and recreational experiences. It was approved as a national 4A-level tourist attraction in December 2024. Its core attractions include high-altitude rafting, mountain coaster, ancient village night tours and intangible cultural heritage experiences.
The energy field of nature is really nourishing. The original ecological countryside scenery, the mountain is right outside the door, the room is clean and well-equipped. People with insomnia can be cured instantly here. I love it so much. I will come here with my bestie next time

The Taihang Grand Canyon is divided into three parts: Taohua Valley, Taihang Sky Road, and Wangxiang Rock. The first two are together, and the latter is a few kilometers away, but both belong to the area of Shibanyan Town. The scenery along the way in Taohua Valley is nice, with waterfalls and streams basically every few steps. The mountains and rivers are beautiful. Except for the first section, you need to climb down the mountain. The road behind is very flat. Then take the free scenic shuttle bus to take the Taihang Sky Road. The three stops are very photogenic, especially the Dream Valley Viewing Square at the top. You can take the scenic shuttle bus all the way to the exit when you go down the mountain. The next day, we started climbing Wangxiang Rock. It is a purely leg-based attraction, especially the stairs in the front section, which has more than 2,000 steps and is very steep. After walking the cliff plank road, it becomes flat and much easier. The scenery along the way is pretty good. After passing through the forest, we arrived at Yangtian Pond. Due to the lack of water, the waterfall has a small flow. Continuing to climb the famous spiral staircase is another test of physical strength. If you like climbing, you may wish to give it a try. Since it is the off-season just after the start of school and before National Day, the experience at this time is still very good.
It had just rained the day we entered the Taihang Grand Canyon from the Red Flag Canal. The mountains along the way were shrouded in mist, while the lake's clear, tranquil blue-green waters were breathtakingly beautiful. The Grand Canyon is divided into three scenic areas, with a 100 yuan admission fee (including shuttle bus). We first visited the Peach Blossom Valley area, where the clear waters reflected the mountain scenery. From the exit of Peach Blossom Valley, we headed to the Sky Road area, a steep and picturesque path, with the mountains on either side of the canyon forming a massive barrier. In the afternoon, we visited the Wangxiangyan Scenic Area. The path was steep, and as we ascended, we gazed down at the mountains, which stretched out before our very eyes.

Walking along the Haihe River, the breeze brings coolness. The river water sparkles and sparkles under the sunshine, as if countless diamonds are inlaid in it. In the distance, several cruise ships slowly pass by, leaving white water marks, adding a bit of agility to this quiet picture. The scenery on both sides of the Haihe River is picturesque. The ancient buildings and modern high-rise buildings complement each other, showing the unique charm of this city. The shore is shaded by green trees and filled with fragrance. People stroll among them or take a rest on the benches, enjoying this pleasant time. Occasionally, you can see a few water birds skimming across the water and flying lightly into the distance, adding a bit of vitality to this picture. Continuing along the river bank, I came to an ancient bridge. Standing on the bridge, overlooking the Haihe River, I couldn't help but feel a sense of emotion. The Haihe River is not only a river, but also the source of life for this city, carrying countless stories and memories. It has witnessed the prosperity and changes of Tianjin, as well as the vicissitudes and glory of history. The trip to the Haihe River made me linger, and its beauty and tranquility made me intoxicated. I believe that no matter how many times I come here, it will welcome me in different postures and let me feel its unique charm.

Tongtianxia Scenic Area is worth a visit. Straddling the border of Shanxi and Henan provinces, it's known as "North China's Most Beautiful Mountain Gorge" and "Little Jiuzhaigou of the North." Here's a detailed introduction: - Highlights: - Magnificent landscapes: high mountains, flat lakes, cascading waterfalls, gurgling streams, and deep pools resembling jade. Tongtian Lake's waters are cool and pure, a dreamlike spectacle under sunlight. The Triple Falls cascade down three tiers of cliffs with a breathtaking momentum. Shiping Mountain, with its distinctive peaks and screens seen from the sides, is truly breathtaking. - Rich biological diversity: Hundreds of macaques live in the scenic area's Macaque Village. They love playing in the water, are adept at climbing and leaping, and can even imitate human movements. Furthermore, the scenic area boasts lush vegetation, home to a variety of valuable Chinese medicinal herbs, such as Codonopsis pilosula and Scutellaria baicalensis, creating a natural oxygen bar. - The scenery changes with each season: in spring and summer, lush green grass and chirping birds fly; in late autumn, crimson leaves blanket the mountains, creating a vibrant scene; in winter, snow-capped mountains, shrouded in a blanket of white, are crowned with beautiful icicles, resembling a "glacial world." - Duration: The scenic area's well-designed trails and wooden plank roads provide a loop, and a full tour typically takes 4-5 hours. If time is tight, visiting selected key attractions will still take 2-3 hours. - Activities: Enjoy the scenic views by hiking through the Grand Canyon; take a boat tour of the Thousand-Foot Gorge, feeling like you're swimming in a painting; ride Asia's highest-angle incline cable car, a cable car that traverses the dynamic canyon; or stroll along the colorful glass plank road, feeling like you're soaring through the clouds, before ascending to the summit of Immortal Peak for breathtaking views. - Notes: July and August are the best times to visit, as the scenery is beautiful but crowds are high. Some sections of the scenic area are slippery and steep, so wear non-slip shoes. The temperature difference in the mountains is large, so you should bring a thin jacket and sun protection clothing. At the same time, pay attention to protecting the environment and take the garbage down the mountain.
Overall, it was a very good experience. There are land, water and cable cars. You can walk in the valley and go to the top of the mountain to see the majestic Taihang Mountains. I have a more intuitive and emotional understanding of the majestic Taihang Mountains. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there are not many toilets in the scenic area and they are relatively dirty.
