The ticket was very convenient to use with a QR code, allowing me to skip the ticket purchase line. However, there was still a queue for entry. I took the funicular up and the cable car down, and I&rsquo;d recommend doing the same or reversing the order to experience both transport options&mdash;both were fun in their own way. The staff were very helpful, making everything easy to navigate. The views from the peak and the church were absolutely spectacular, making the trip well worth it!

Monserrate Mountain is located in Bogota, Colombia. It has beautiful scenery. You can take a cable car up the mountain and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
Standing on the top of the mountain, you can overlook the entire Bogota. There is a white church built in 1650 on the mountain, and there are some places to drink coffee. It is a good place for morning exercise and leisure.
There are special prices for cable cars on Sundays, and of course there are the most people.

Monserrate is the best place to have a look of all Bogota. it is a beautifull mountain and the best of all is that you can have a great dinner in one of the theee restaurants on top of the mountain. you will be surrounded of so much green and fresh air. I went with my Mom, sister and a visitor from Italy this year (2019) and it was the perfect place for some good pics :)
