I was fooled and called a tour guide for an explanation. The whole thing was over in about an hour. I paid 200 yuan and he didn't say anything. He just showed me the way and didn't know how to take photos. I went there empty-handed. I saw other tourists carrying backpacks, but there were two of us with a child, and he only covered two-thirds of the route.
This kind of natural scenery is always refreshing. Standing on the top truly gives me a sense of grandeur, a sense of peace and tranquility. My mind suddenly opens up. There are escalators, elevators, and cable cars throughout the entire route. If you're feeling tired, you can take the escalators. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stroll.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is very big. We chose the East Gate B Line and took the Bailong Elevator first. To be honest, the ascent was really average. Then we went to Yuanjiajie and checked in at the Avatar filming location. Then we went to Yangjiajie and Tianzi Mountain, but they were very average. We waited in line for an hour and a half to take the cable car down the mountain. Bad review!
⛰️While there's no need for much mountain climbing during a visit to Zhangjiajie, you'll still be walking around 20,000 steps daily. We visited Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Sky Garden, and Tianzi Mountain in that order. I'd especially like to visit Sky Garden. You'll need to take a scenic electric car to get there, but I personally think it's well worth it. The view of the Bailong Elevator across the way is stunning from this vantage point. You can slowly descend the steps to the scenic plank road, where you can literally have the entire mountain to yourself.
⛰️The mountain's climate fluctuates, so bring a raincoat. Be prepared for rain or shine.
⛰️Visiting Zhangjiajie, I marveled at the wonders of nature, its unique landscapes, and its endless beauty, leaving a lasting impression.

The scenery is better at night, there is nothing to see during the day. It is a place you will regret not going to, and you will regret it even more if you go. It is too commercialized and there is basically nothing to see. You have to pay to enter.
The location, environment, facilities, and service of this B&B are all excellent! It's not far from the parking lot, but the owner still came to pick us up, making it convenient to take our luggage directly to the B&B. Qingyan Ancient Town isn't very large, so the B&B is convenient for exploring everywhere, perfect for a stroll. Highly recommended!

After taking the elevator, you need to go down a flight of stairs to reach the valley. The valley is flat and cool, and the scenery is nice! The scenic area has a sedan chair service, so tourists with inconvenient legs and feet can also easily visit!
I went there without a tour guide or anything. We took the high speed train from Chongqing east to Wulong South (39min). Once you arrive walk to the exit, don’t go upstairs. There is a shuttle bus that goes to the Fairy mountain tourist center. It cost 16 yuan per person; kids are free. It takes about 50 minutes. However, be sure to head out straight and spend minimal time in the washroom or just wandering since the train is every hour or so. I ended up having t9 wait for an hour for the 1pm bus. Once you are in the tourist center, enter the building and head downstairs where there is another bus included in the ticket that takes you to the scenic area. This takes about 20-30 min. We spend about 2hrs in the scenic area. It’s just like the picture but quite small. Kinda similar to Tianmen and zhangjiajie vibe. There are not a lot of stairs, it’s mostly walking. There were also 2 free pictures that they give you (a small keychain). You could either walk back to take bus or pay 15 yuan/p.

I took the high-speed train from Guiyang to Qianxi Station at around 7 o'clock in the morning, and then took a taxi to Zhijin Cave in 45 minutes. The online taxi was very cheap, with a flat price of 120 and a toll of about 25. It was very convenient. I was sent directly to the tourist center, where I stored my luggage first, and then took a shuttle bus in. There was no queue in the morning, and it took 5 minutes to get to the cave entrance. Then I walked in for a while and came out in a little over 2 hours. I also sat in several places inside. The main thing was to sit when I was tired. There were many benches inside for rest. Some places were a bit humid, so it was very convenient to bring a paper bag with me. I saw the background picture of the Guizhou weather forecast: Silver Rain Tree. It was very magnificent. The cave was extremely cool. I didn't have any hope after reading the comments, but after entering the cave, I was still captivated by the beautiful scenery. After coming out, there was a shuttle bus to Zhijin Grand Canyon, entering the world of Tomb Raiders Notes. In the afternoon, I waited in line for half an hour for the boat, and after coming out, I took a direct bus to Huangguoshu.

It's a very fun place. There are many kinds of animals in Chongqing Zoo, and it's very relaxing to walk around the whole scenic area. The pandas inside are very cute. It's especially suitable for weekends and holidays to bring children here to play. I highly recommend it to everyone.
August 30, 2025: Although it's summer, getting to the zoo early is surprisingly cool. We entered at 9:30 AM and the pandas were very lively. Qi Sanmei refused to accept the cat and played ice cube fights with her mom. Ding Ding ate his first birthday cake. Wormhole Coffee's ice cream is a huge 12 yuan, a great deal. You can even watch the cats indoors. The two little ones played and fought. My son and I spent an hour watching the pandas and never got tired of it.

Although Qingyan Ancient Town is not far from Guiyang city and can be reached directly by bus, the ancient town as a whole is still relatively well preserved and not very commercialized, especially the section of the city wall. You can climb up to see the scenery from a distance and overlook the entire city from a close distance. It is really worth a visit.
The commercialization of ancient towns is still quite serious. Now the ancient towns across the country are all the same, selling kebabs and doing travel photography... I went there mainly during the summer vacation, there were too many people, and it happened to be a very hot day, so it was crowded and there was really no energy to stroll around 😂😂😂

The scenery is truly stunning, but the scenic area's capacity is truly limited (compare it to Jiuzhaigou). I was lucky to travel at the end of summer vacation, when there were fewer tourists, so there were no lines and no crowds for photos. However, during peak season, bus, cable car, and elevator capacity is limited, and queues of two hours or more are common. Travelers should consider it on their own and avoid peak times if possible.
In July, the Enshi Grand Canyon, awash in lush green mountains and surging waterfalls, warmly welcomed a group of "old friends." On July 4th, as a bus convoy filled with laughter and joy rolled into the scenic area, the 1,000-person "Yangshao Painted Pottery Workshop" group arrived at the Enshi Grand Canyon again, officially beginning an immersive journey "with mountains and rivers as the medium and culture as the bridge."
