I passed by Tang Tang Chinese Restaurant which was under construction in Dubai Mall. I had heard about it for a long time. I went to the construction site a little in advance for a peek. The construction party also gave me a warm reception. After seeing the initial results, I was very impressed. I am looking forward to the experience after it opens.

Shang Palace is a Chinese restaurant located in the city center of Dubai. This restaurant is located in the five-star hotel Shangri-La. Needless to say, the environment is natural. It is also my personal favorite Cantonese cuisine and I highly recommend it.
Saturday brunch starts at 12pm and ends at 4pm. Jasmine tea is included. I used a buy one get one free coupon and the buffet cost 170 RMB per person, which is very cost-effective. The background music is all Chinese songs. It is rare that the dim sum buffet menu also includes some small stir-fried dishes. The quality of the shrimp is especially good. There are Chinese waiters.
