The entrance fee isn't worth the money, and the boat ride is also expensive. While the lake cruise lasts for over an hour and a half, it's completely unremarkable, and the ride back down is boring.
The environment is exceptional, with a high forest coverage rate. Staying in Beimen Waterfall Village is within walking distance of Diaoshuilou Waterfall. Diving into the waterfall is particularly captivating and a feast for the eyes. Jingpo Lake is vast and misty, with a circular trail around the lake. The ancient Yaoshi Temple is tranquil and well worth the trip.
