There are great views of the city and the hills beyond. There are quite a few steep inclines on the way up, so be prepared, or take the hop-on hop-off bus. The large square at the top has stalls selling tourist gifts, and a few cafes. Public toilets are available, but you have to pay. There are some benches along the path leading to a small church where you can sit.
When we were there, most of the morning tour groups dispersed by lunchtime. If you go in the evening to see the sunset, and plan to walk back in the dark, wear bright clothing as you may be walking on the road, and you might feel more confident with a small flashlight.
