The autumn scenery here is very beautiful, and the water scenery is also beautiful. When we went there, there were few tourists in late autumn, so the photos were very good. We took the sightseeing bus to the end and got off, then walked down the wooden plank road to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Huangbaiyuan has beautiful scenery, with unique and colorful rocks. The road is basically flat and not difficult to walk on. The mountains are full of red leaves in autumn. The river in the canyon hits the boulders and rushes down the valley. In the pools with slow currents, the water is crystal clear.

The weather wasn't kind. After traveling over a thousand kilometers, I encountered a rainy day. The dense fog limited the view, which was quite a disappointment, but it also had a unique charm. Besides the autumnal mountain scenery, the ancient architecture was also a highlight. The caisson murals on the eaves of the Yangtai Palace are unique in Henan Province. Even the Nantianmen and Ying'en Palace are worth seeing as ancient architectural masterpieces. Although it was the National Day holiday, there were no waiting times for the sightseeing buses and cable cars, and the other painless mountain climbing facilities were also sparsely populated. The forest coverage rate in Shaohua Mountain Scenic Area is super high. Take the Jingjiao car to Shimenxia, enter the hiking route, shuttle among the dense woods, listen to birds singing, watch squirrels jump, and luckily find some rare plants. This feeling of being close to nature is great.

The scenery is nice, but be sure to check the weather and cloud chart before visiting. Ice Crystal Peak is only open on sunny days. Also, if you're not in good physical condition, you'll need to get there early to take the cable car to get to the trailhead before it closes.
Also, the scenic area doesn't clearly state whether Ice Crystal Peak is open that day at the foot of the mountain, so you can only find out when you get there. Needs improvement.
The forest park offers convenient transportation and beautiful scenery, but it's important to arrive early and return early to avoid traffic, as driving and riding the cable car will waste considerable time. Transportation within the park has a clearly defined fee structure, so choose according to your budget. Food stalls are reasonably priced, but the quality is average. For even more stunning views, you'll need to climb to the highest peaks.

Cuihua Mountain has very beautiful scenery, especially the Tianchi Lake. The water is super green and beautiful. I have been there many times with friends and family. It is especially suitable for vacation in the summer. In the winter, the scenery is different, but it is still very beautiful.
The ticket price is expensive, but Cuihua Mountain is one of the easier mountains to climb to the top.

Online ticket booking is convenient and offers a 5 yuan discount. However, for a tourist attraction, 90 yuan is still quite expensive, especially considering it only features one geological feature. I met a very kind person on my trip to Bolanggu. If you're planning to go to Bolanggu, you can call the long-distance bus station to inquire about shuttle buses. The customer service representative will give you the phone number of the person in charge. The fare from the county town to Bolanggu Scenic Area is 20 yuan. I contacted this person in charge a day in advance. The next day, the bus broke down and couldn't run. The driver didn't call me either, and I waited a long time without getting a ride. I then called this person in charge, explaining that I hadn't received a call from the driver. After understanding the situation, this person in charge decided to take me to the scenic area in their own car. They waited for me for 3 hours at the entrance and then took me back to the county town. I'm very grateful to this person in charge of the shuttle bus for making my trip to Bolanggu possible. Most of my trip to Shaanxi was spent in overcast and rainy weather. After checking the weather forecast, I was fortunate to find a sunny day, so I adjusted my itinerary to visit Wave Valley. The scenery at Wave Valley was beautiful, and the leisurely pace of exploring the large loop was very enjoyable. There's only one path to Mount Hua, so I chose a one-day hike up north and a cable car down west, climbing the North Peak, Central Peak, East Peak, South Peak, and West Peak one by one, checking off classic and popular spots, and enjoying the magnificent natural and cultural landscapes. Checking the weather forecast, I was fortunate to have a sunny day to experience the autumn scenery of Mount Hua. The hike challenged my physical and endurance limits, and the cable car provided a thrilling and exhilarating experience, like standing on the edge of an abyss. The unique scenery of Mount Hua offered absolutely worth the price of admission. It was a very refreshing and completely satisfying trip.
I went in early November and was extremely satisfied. I climbed Mount Hua at night to watch the sunrise (North Peak, down from West Peak), and it was perfect. I visited all three peaks: East, West, South, North, and Central. The scenery was breathtaking. Highly recommended. I also tried the "Eagle Turns Over" and the "Skywalk."
