Xiamen Botanical Garden is well worth a visit. The mist spray in the rainforest area is very stylish, and combined with the changing light, it's easy to capture stunning Tyndall-effect photos. The downsides are that there are too many people taking photos, the rainforest trails are narrow, and mosquitoes are rampant. The succulent area is mainly populated by various cacti, which are overly exposed to the sun in summer and can easily cause stings. Overall, the service in the park is very smooth, and the staff are very knowledgeable in providing directions and instructions.
Important Tips: The botanical garden mainly involves hiking, which consumes a lot of energy. It is best to enter from the west gate and exit from the south gate to save energy. There is a shuttle bus not far from the west gate entrance. It is strongly recommended to buy a full bus ticket for 10 yuan. (In fact, it is not because the botanical garden is too high. People in the north often hike, so this is not a big deal. It is mainly because the weather is hot and humid, which can easily consume a lot of energy and water.) The west gate is relatively close to the rainforest area and the succulent area. (Remember to bring a few bottles of water). After the tour, you can wait for a car on the roadside to continue the tour. The south gate exit is all downhill (the 6-level sightseeing elevator is fine, but it is difficult to get a taxi at the south gate exit, so you need to book in advance.

It is worth going. Pingtan highlights: the island scenery is beautiful, the blue tears are wonderful and dreamy, the road around the island is comfortable, the stone ancient village is unique, and the seafood is delicious. There are also wind power fields, elephant nose bay and other net red punch points, which is a good place for leisure and vacation.
The beauty of Pingtan Island is a rhapsody unleashed by the Creator. Stretching along 408 kilometers of coastline, the basalt canyons of Xianrenjing (Fairy Well) appear to have been carved by a giant axe. At low tide, stepping into the 47-meter-deep well, waves crashing against the black reef stir up thousands of snowdrifts. The slanting morning light feels like stepping into the secret realms of Iceland. Sunsets at Changjiangao are a visual wonder: a 3,000-acre array of windmills is reflected on the mirror-like beach. When the tide recedes, pink-blue shells scatter like stardust. At night, "blue tears" sparkle with the waves, like diamonds scattered on deep blue silk. Even more remarkable is the preservation of the character of a pristine fishing island. The clifftop road of the northern ecological corridor connects the colorful stone houses of Baisheng Village. Fishermen's nets hanging out to dry tremble in the wind, and the salty sea breeze carries an untamed wildness. For nine years, Pingtan has strived to balance development and conservation, anchored by an international style and youthful fashion. Smart tourism systems are already bearing fruit: Longwangtou Beach features real-time visitor flow monitoring, automatic flushing pools, and smart public toilets, significantly enhancing the visitor experience. The integration of culture and tourism is also a highlight: the Keqiutou Site Museum condenses 7,000 years of Austronesian civilization into an immersive exhibition; the "Planet Calling" Seaview Theater in Tannan Bay uses light and shadow to recreate the spectacle of the Blue Tears, bringing culture from the academic realm to the masses. However, over-commercialization is encroaching on some corners: the ancient architectural complex of Haitan Ancient City has been reduced to a cookie-cutter Yiwu small commodity market, and the throngs of people jostling for photo spots at the "Eye of the Strait" observation deck on Houyan Island often leave travelers feeling a sense of loss. Pingtan's ambitions extend beyond being a popular online destination. Events such as the International Kiteboarding Festival and the F4 Racing Carnival ignite excitement along the coast. Sailing activities at Pier 22 allow visitors to transition from simply "watching the sea" to "playing in it," signaling its progress toward becoming a full-time vacation destination. However, shortcomings remain: the public transportation network is weak, and the infrequent island-wide bus service forces tourists to rely on expensive chartered vehicles. Some homestays advertised as "sea view rooms" are actually located in remote villages, making the bumpy dirt roads a heart-wrenching journey home late at night. By strengthening ecological protection (for example, limiting commercial development along the northern corridor) and cultivating its unique cultural heritage (for example, reviving the intangible cultural heritage of rattan shield exercises), this "island closest to Taiwan" can truly become the Hawaii of the East. Pingtan is a gem sculpted by sea and wind—it boasts some of China's finest coastal scenery and stunning starry nights, yet it continues to vacillate between extensive development and sophisticated operations. If restrained craftsmanship replaces the short-sighted pursuit of traffic, it will surely shine as the brightest pearl of the Strait.

The scenery of Hulishan Fort is very beautiful, and you can also learn about the history of the bombardment of Kinmen and the past resistance against foreign enemies. The overall feeling after the tour is very good, the sea view is very beautiful, and you can see some of the islands of Kinmen, which is impressive.
The attraction isn't very large, but it's worth a visit for those interested in history. Several viewpoints offer distant views of the Twin Towers and the Kinmen Islands. Getting on and off is easy, whether by bus or taxi.

The product is consistent with the description, the price/performance ratio is also very high, the people are nice, the service is enthusiastic, the delivery speed is fast, I will come to your store next time, and I will recommend others to come to your store, all five points of praise!!!
The Xiamen Science and Technology Museum is a fantastic venue that combines scientific exploration, interactive experiences, and engaging learning, allowing visitors to experience the charm of science through play. The museum's exhibition areas are ingeniously designed, covering a wide range of fields, from basic science to cutting-edge technology, including physics, biology, and aerospace. The interactive installations are particularly impressive. Whether operating lever-based instruments or experiencing weightlessness in a simulated space capsule, they make abstract scientific knowledge tangible, captivating even adults and tempting them to try their hand. Even more importantly, this place is a great place for children to broaden their horizons and cultivate a love of science, while also allowing adults to rediscover the wonders of science. The staff are patient and professional, answering questions attentively and making the visit smoother. In short, the Xiamen Science and Technology Museum is a treasure trove of places where you can put down your phone and immerse yourself in scientific exploration. It's worth a return visit.

The location is amazing! It's a 3-minute walk to the beach. The kids love it here. It's a very beautiful island. The B&B is clean and hygienic. WiFi, hot water, and air conditioning are OK. This is enough. The room is very cost-effective. One room can accommodate two people in a standard room.
Putian, Fujian, is definitely worth the trip. The waters are clear, the island scenery is beautiful, and the people are friendly and kind. While the island's attractions are underdeveloped and there's little entertainment, it's nice and romantic to just relax and enjoy the sea breeze and daydream. Food is affordable, and the people of Putian are pleasant, polite, and courteous. The incense sold at Mazu is also very affordable. All in all, everything went smoothly and was worth it. The boat ticket to the island includes the Mazu ticket, which covers both the round-trip journey.

The scenery on the boat is very beautiful and the overall fun is also very strong. I have been on Guangzhou and other Shanghai boats before, but the culture on this boat is not as good. The entertainment activities on this boat are very motivating. But the meal is just average. I went there late at night and there was nothing to eat. Although there was always food to eat, the variety became very limited.
The night cruise on the Xiamen ferry was amazing! The sea breeze was so comfortable, and the night view of Gulangyu Island looked like it was covered in stars. The buildings outlined by the lights were so charming. You could also watch the light show on both sides of the strait. It was so relaxing to chat in the breeze. It was worth the price of admission!

It was so hard to get the ticket, but luckily Ctrip had tickets. We had a large family, so although we could only get the afternoon ticket, we still wanted to experience it. The bamboo rafting master was very steady, the water was very clear, and there were many fish. We brought bread to feed the fish, which was fun.
An In-Depth Wuyishan Experience: Stunning Landscapes and Culture Wuyishan's beauty exceeded all expectations! Take a bamboo raft down Jiuqu River, and admire the breathtaking Danxia peaks shimmering against the turquoise waters. The boatman's humorous commentary makes the two-hour journey incredibly engaging. While climbing Tianyou Peak was tiring, the view from the summit, overlooking the sea of clouds, was instantly soothing. The Dahongpao Mother Tree Scenic Area was filled with the intoxicating aroma of tea, and the rocky and flower-scented walkway along the path was truly relaxing. We chose a guesthouse near the scenic area, and the owner recommended a local favorite restaurant, offering excellent value. My only tip: book your bamboo rafting tickets in advance during peak season. The overall experience was a stellar one, and it's worth a second visit!

A great place for families, with three shows. The puppeteers performed with great care, and the children were engrossed. At the end, the puppeteers gave a teaching session, and the audience could try to control the puppets. The rooftop view at night is beautiful, and you can check it out.
It just so happens that the B&B is in West Street, not far away, so I took my children to experience the characteristics. The puppet show was very interesting, and I arranged an experience for the children. There was also a lucky draw at the end, which was generally good.

We came to Wudianshi specifically to see the puppet show. There were three puppet shows in total. After the show, the children could also experience the Monkey King and the Little Lion. It was fun! It was a great intangible cultural heritage experience, very suitable for children. The set meal included refreshments and tea! ! !
The show was wonderful. There were three acts, and the teacher also taught us the techniques. After the show, we could also try out the string puppets and glove puppetry. It was a great experience! The little ones had a lot of fun watching it!

The ancient and elegant buildings, the sound of rain and the ringing of bells make people feel relaxed. I highly recommend everyone to take a walk. If you go at the right time, you can also taste the vegetarian meal in the temple (self-service) for only 39 yuan, which is delicious.
I also watched the performances at the Songshan Shaolin Temple many years ago. The monks performing here are mostly young people and children. There is a 4-year-old little monk who is particularly cute. Now that I am here, it is still worth watching.
