Early in the morning, you go to the familiar noodle shop to eat a bowl of first soup noodles. You come to the noodle shop with a cobblestone street in front and a small river in the back. The waiter leads you to your old seat by the long window along the river. Although it is spotless, he uses the towel in his hand to dust the table and chair where you are about to sit with lightning speed.
The first meal after arriving in Guiyang, I had it as afternoon tea. I heard that it will not be sold after 4 o'clock, but luckily I got it on time. Do all old brands like to use this brand? It's a bit interesting. The intestines are cleaned very clean, there is no fishy smell and it is very soft. The blood is cut very thin, which is good! The bean sprouts are a bit sweet, and the taste is good when eaten with noodles. It's not spicy. The crispness is a bit like lard residue. I quite like it!

The store entrance is being renovated but it doesn't affect the business at all. There are a lot of people but the queue is still relatively fast. The space inside the store is tight and it's very hot, much higher than outside. It is recommended to take the food to the ice jelly shop next door to eat after purchase (just buy a dessert in the ice jelly shop, it's also delicious). Basically, a bowl of noodles costs 17 or 18. Since I'm not a local, I have no comparison, but it still tastes pretty good.
I'm sorry I didn't see the noodle girl this time. Fortunately, the taste of noodles hasn't changed. It seems to taste better, and pig's trotters are also good.

I heard from my friends that Guai Lu Fan is very unique. Today, I went to Yun Shang Zhou store for the first time to try it. The decoration of the store is like walking on the streets of Guiyang, the earliest food street Hequn Road. The egg fried rice has large pieces of egg skin and red pickled peppers. This is the taste, the different taste of Guiyang egg fried rice.
The Guai Lu Fan Yunshang Ark store is a famous small shop in Guiyang. Their delicious snacks include silken dolls, tofu atoms, rose and brown sugar jelly, salted vegetable fried rice, and sweet wine dumplings. Every snack is very delicious, and I always leave after eating a lot.

This intangible cultural heritage that started in 1864, the tofu balls and tofu noodles are pretty good. They are not amazing, but they are indeed very fresh and delicious, and the soup is also good. If you come to Guiyang, it is worth a try.
I arrived at the store at around 5:20 pm on December 31, 2018. I had heard that tofu dumplings are a local traditional snack food in Guiyang City, and Leijia Tofu Dumplings were founded in 1874, with a history of more than 100 years, so I had to try it. I personally think the environment of this store is quite good, with an antique style and a bit of local Guizhou characteristics. The tofu dumplings tasted good, with a crispy texture on the outside, and there were green onions inside. Remember, it was quite fragrant without dipping water. There was water with zheergen in the dipping water, but I was still not used to this taste, hahaha. In addition, there was a new product, dried tofu shreds, which only cost 3 yuan a serving, so I tried it. It had a chewy texture, was quite dry, a little salty, and a little spicy. I personally think it is very suitable for meals!

[Environment] The shop is quite small, the environment is ordinary, and the hygiene is OK [Service] The service attitude is OK [Taste] Cake porridge: a special snack, the taste is good, especially the brown sugar is sweet but not greasy, it tastes sweet when you put it in your mouth, but you don’t feel sticky in your mouth after eating it, it is very fragrant and delicious.
[Environment] The environment is average, the storefront is small, and the hygiene is OK [Service] The service attitude is OK [Taste] Cake porridge: It contains crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, brown sugar syrup, etc. The soft rice paste is mixed with coarse grains of broken rice, plus the crispness of peanuts and the right sweetness, it is worth a try!

I have eaten at this Jiangjia Changwang Noodle House many times. The food here is very good, especially their large intestines, which are very unique and worth a try.
[Taste] It is really not greasy without adding any spiciness, very authentic. [Environment] The store is large and not oppressive at all [Service] The boss is very enthusiastic and gives away free mineral water. It is recommended that Ctrip officially include this store in this year's Ctrip Food Forest list.

The service in the restaurant is good. The menu here is quite rich. The ingredients of the restaurant's dishes feel fresh. The decoration style of the restaurant feels very warm. It is a good restaurant with affordable prices.
I was shopping and arrived at Feishan Street. I passed by Aunt Yang's Silk Doll Shop and saw many people inside. I thought it was a popular shop, so I went in. When you are in Guiyang, you should try the local snacks. The so-called silk dolls are various vegetarian vegetables cut into shreds, wrapped in dough, and eaten with a little dipping sauce. You can mix and match according to your personal preferences. The taste is okay, but they are all vegetarian dishes and the price is a bit expensive.

The environment of the small shop is quite clean. The service of the boss and the waiter is very good and enthusiastic. This pan is so delicious. I highly recommend the beef with skin, tendon, stinky tofu, potato cake, and fruit ice jelly (because it is very fragrant with sesame seeds. I have eaten ice jelly in the snack street several times later, but it is not as delicious as this one). These are all recommended by the store and the taste is very fragrant. It is worth mentioning that the homemade chili in the store is the best chili I have ever eaten after staying in Guizhou for almost a week. I also bought two bottles from the boss and they tasted great. It beats all the night market snack streets I ordered a bowl of fruit ice jelly, and the boss took the initiative to send us a bowl of original ice jelly, which was a surprise. Comments from tourists in Hainan
The ingredients of Laoshi are not only wild game and vegetables, but also local specialties such as tofu and stinky tofu, and they should be dipped in a five-spice chili powder saucer when eating. After the reform and opening up, Laoguo appeared on the streets of Shuicheng in the form of street stalls. Later, people changed the convex black sand pot into a flat-bottomed cast iron pot with edges, and heated it on a gas stove. After 1992, Shuicheng Laoguo moved into the store for the first time, and soon formed a Laoguo food street. At this time, everything was Laoguo - seafood, poultry, chicken, duck, cattle, sheep, wild vegetables and other meat and vegetable ingredients were all put into the pot, and the dipping sauce was much more than the original single five-spice chili powder dipping sauce, such as spicy water for the root of the radish, roasted green pepper dipping sauce, five-spice chili powder, etc.

On December 31, 2018, after eating Lei's tofu dumplings, I turned left and walked forward for about one or two minutes and saw this store. Fate! Haha The environment is average and the store is not big. I just happened to be hungry, so I ordered another bowl of chicken shredded tofu powder. The price at that time was 10 yuan per serving, which was quite cost-effective. It was a big bowl full of ingredients, and the taste was quite good, not too spicy. In addition, the side dish of cabbage was self-service, which was quite fresh and refreshing.
The raw material is the trough meat of the neck. It takes forty minutes and five processes. Ten pounds of pork fat can only produce one kilogram of finished product. Adding salt and other seasonings to rice wine becomes the core of the modulation of stir-frying crispy whistle, just like adding sugar color. The pork cubes are not only wrapped in a caramel coat, but also have a more complex flavor❗️ Control the oil and let it cool. The surface of the crispy whistle is completely air-dried. The crispy shell tightens the aroma of animal fat. The salty and fresh taste is especially suitable for making ingredients for various foods. Many local snacks in Guiyang have to add a little crispy whistle to enhance the flavor at the end. 📝Note tips: The dining environment is relatively simple, the noodles are spicy and red oily, and those who can't eat spicy food should be mentally prepared.
