It was my first time there, and it was great. The place is small, but the explanations were very clear. There were only four of us in our group, which was fantastic—it was practically like having a one-on-one consultation. Overall, it was excellent value for money.
Shenyang Imperial Palace is truly a wonderful place to visit! I recently went there and had a fantastic experience. First, the unique architectural style, with its red walls and yellow tiles, exudes an antique charm, making you feel as if you've stepped back into the Qing Dynasty. Second, the rich collection of exhibits, from artifacts to historical documents, each piece conveys a profound sense of history. The staff were also very welcoming and patiently answered all my questions. Overall, Shenyang Imperial Palace is a place definitely worth visiting, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in history and...

The former residence of Zhang Xueliang, also known as the Zhang Family Mansion in Shenyang, is a tourist attraction of great historical and cultural value. It served as the official residence and private home of Zhang Zuolin and his son Zhang Xueliang. The building boasts diverse architectural styles, including a traditional Chinese courtyard house, a Romanesque-style mansion, and a small mansion blending Chinese and Western elements, making it a veritable museum of modern architecture. The interior furnishings and recreated scenes transport visitors back to the Republican era.
The attractions in Shenyang are relatively concentrated, including the Marshal's Mansion, Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Shenyang Zhongjie Street. If you avoid holidays and peak seasons, the experience is quite good. Crowds can be lively, but everyone has their own opinion.

The facilities are a bit old, probably because they've been there for a while, but the animals are super cute. The shows are also very good, so you should definitely go. Be sure to check the show times in advance!
There are 5 pavilions in Laohutan Ocean Park. It takes a lot of energy to visit them. If you want to watch a show, you need to pay attention to the performance time. It is suitable for family outings. There is a beach suitable for children to dig in the sand. It seems unnecessary to take the cable car. You need to climb stairs to take the cable car back and forth, and the exit is not in the same place.

A Majestic Pass: Echoes of History Between Mountains and Sea Standing beneath Shanhaiguan Pass, gazing up at the towering plaque proclaiming "The First Pass Under Heaven," the five characters, powerful and vigorous, seem to embody boundless strength. This pass, over six centuries old, awes the hearts of every visitor with its grandeur. Beneath the Yanshan Mountains to the north and connecting to the Bohai Sea to the south, Shanhaiguan derives its name from its unique geographical location. In the fourteenth year of the Hongwu reign of the Ming Dynasty, Xu Da, a founding hero, established a garrison here, leaving behind this crucial military stronghold along the Great Wall. Touching the mottled walls, one feels not only the cool bricks but also the warmth of time. These weathered marks seem to whisper tales of past battles, evoking images of thunderous drums and clashing swords on ancient battlefields. Ascending the watchtower, one can gaze far and wide. To the north, the Yanshan Mountains rise in layers, the Great Wall winding like a giant dragon across them; to the south, the Bohai Sea surges, the sea and sky merging into one. This fortified pass, once a vital strategic point controlling China's lifeline, has influenced the nation's destiny countless times over the millennia. It was here that Wu Sangui, the Ming Dynasty general defending the pass, surrendered to the Qing Dynasty, leading to its establishment; it was also here that in 1933, Chinese troops used the pass as a shield, firing the first shot of the Great Wall resistance against Japanese aggression. Heading south to Laolongtou, the Great Wall appears like a giant dragon entering the sea, its head poised to tumble in the waves. This sea-facing stone fortress was built under the supervision of the renowned anti-Japanese general Qi Jiguang, extending the Great Wall more than twenty meters into the sea. Standing atop Chenghai Tower, witnessing the romantic encounter between the Great Wall and the sea, one is deeply moved by the awe-inspiring grandeur and boundless spirit. Shanhaiguan is a testament to history, covered in its traces. It is not merely a pass, but a link connecting the past and the future. Touching every brick and tile of this guardian city, feeling the ancient warmth hidden in the cool stone crevices, one is instantly moved by the historical stories and legends of Shanhaiguan. As I left, the setting sun bathed Shanhaiguan in gold. This majestic pass, a witness to countless dynasties, still stands, silently guarding this land and its people. It has transformed from a frontier fortress into a beautiful scenic spot, but the resilience and wisdom of the Chinese nation it embodies continue to inspire us to remember history and cherish the present. My trip to Shanhaiguan allowed me to appreciate not only the magnificence of nature but also the weight of history. This fortress is deeply etched in my heart, an indelible memory.
There were too many people at Shanhaiguan during the National Day holiday. If Li Zicheng had so many people, he would have been able to defend Shanhaiguan. The problem is that there are too many people, and the experience is much worse. Parking is very difficult, and it is also difficult to move after entering. But the scenery at the seaside is still good, and you can play in the sand and water. Overall, it is still okay.

The Dalian Forest Zoo is well worth a visit! The environment is beautiful, and the animal species are diverse. The free-range area is particularly unique, offering a close-up experience for viewing the animals. The venue is well-designed, with clear routes, making it easy to visit with children. However, some facilities are a bit dated, so it's recommended to avoid peak holiday times. Overall, it's a fun and educational destination perfect for families.
The scenic area is quite large and complex. There are also rides and attractions. Some animals are allowed to be fed, while others are not. The routes and the scenic buses vary, so be sure to check your guide beforehand.

It's a great place to bring kids. The four exhibits can be completed in less than 3 hours. There are penguins, polar bears, whales, and the dolphin show is also great. In short, you'll have a lot of fun.
The four pavilions included in the combined ticket are for single use only; you cannot re-enter after exiting. It's close to the sea and Xinghai Square, and some of the fish are quite attractive. There's a good variety of small animals; overall, it's alright.

Pigeon Nest Park is definitely worth a visit. The sunset is vibrant and colorful. The park has many photo spots, showing a lot of thought and effort. It's not crowded during the autumn/winter off-season, so dress warmly. My mom had a great time, which was wonderful.
Dove Nest, a place where beautiful birds gather, is a must-see for me every time I visit Beidaihe! Dove Nest in October offers pleasant weather, fresh air, and picturesque scenery, bringing to mind Chairman Mao's poem "Lang Tao Sha. Beidaihe": A thousand years have passed since the time of Wei Wu. A poem remains on the east side of Jieshi. The bleak autumn wind blows again, transforming the world...

Since I love visiting museums, and the Liaoning Museum is so famous, I made it the last stop on my Shenyang weekend trip. It was truly impressive: 1. The museum is truly enormous, with multiple exhibition halls on each of its three floors. Most importantly, the collection is incredibly rich. A two-and-a-half-hour tour only covered the entire Ancient Liaoning exhibition on the third floor, and that was with a focused presentation. 2. I have to give a thumbs-up to our Ctrip guide, Mr. Pan. His explanation was both professional and engaging, preventing it from becoming boring over time. His guided style effectively and concisely conveyed the extensive historical background and numerous cultural relics of ancient Liaoning's development, deeply deepening my understanding of key points. This group tour almost turned into a one-on-one VIP experience 😄. Besides me and a young woman who had moved to Macau from mainland China, the small group allowed me to spend more time interacting with Mr. Pan, which was a fantastic experience. Overall, I felt it was a worthwhile trip, and I haven't seen or heard enough. Finally, a few tips: before visiting the Liaoning Museum, you can do some planning and understanding of the contents in advance; it is best to have a tour guide to explain the tour, which will be more effective; it is more suitable for middle school students and above, and it may be difficult for elementary school students to accept it, so parents with children can refer to it; there is a baggage storage cabinet on the right hand side after entering the west gate of the museum; finally, if you really want to visit the Liaoning Museum well, you still have to come a few more times 😊, I hope to have the opportunity to come again!
Excellent service, with advance notice of important matters, including how to enter the museum and how to store luggage. The three-hour explanation was very detailed, interesting, and informative. Highly recommended!

It's actually just a beach. The biggest difference from the free bathing area is that it's a little less crowded and has more sea clams. If you can't get your ticket back, go to the free bathing area. It's also a small rocky beach. There are small crabs and oysters in some of the cracks, and sometimes starfish are washed up by the waves. Tents and parasols can be rented for 200 yuan until 5 pm.
Dalian's Bangchui Island: A Dreamlike Pearl Between Mountains and Sea On the shores of the Yellow Sea in Dalian lies a dazzling pearl—Bangchui Island. Like a fairyland meticulously crafted by nature, it exudes a unique and captivating charm. The sea of Bangchui Island is a flowing canvas. The azure waters shimmer in the sunlight, like countless diamonds glittering. The gentle lapping of waves on the beach creates a melodious sound, like a beautiful symphony orchestrated by nature. Strolling along the beach, the fine, soft sand beneath your feet, the cool water occasionally lapping over your feet, bringing a gentle touch of comfort. Gazing out into the distance, where the sea and sky merge into one, the water and sky are instantly purifying. The mountains of Bangchui Island are a natural oxygen bar, lush with vegetation and shaded by evergreen trees year-round. Ascending the winding path, fresh air washes over you, mingling with the fragrance of earth and flowers, leaving you feeling refreshed. The mountains are craggy with jagged rocks of various shapes, some resembling adorable animals, others like graceful immortals, lending Bangchuidao a mysterious aura. Standing atop the mountain, you can take in the panoramic views of the entire island, a truly refreshing experience. Besides its stunning natural scenery, Bangchuidao boasts a rich cultural heritage. The island's unique villas, arranged in a staggered pattern, complement the surrounding natural landscape. Once a summer retreat for national leaders, this place is steeped in historical charm. Dalian's Bangchuidao, with its stunning natural scenery and unique cultural charm, attracts countless visitors. Whether you're looking for sea views, hiking, or immersing yourself in history and culture, Bangchuidao has something for everyone. It is the pride of Dalian and a precious gift from nature.
