In November 18, I passed by Hanmer Hot Spring on the way to Christchurch. I stayed for one night. There were many motels and hotels in the town. Because the room was booked late, I booked a motel far from the bath (walked for 10 minutes). The boss is a Russian uncle, people are particularly bold, haha. The bath is relatively large and there are many people. It is not a hot spring pool in the traditional sense. It is more like a small outdoor swimming pool, but the overall is not bad. If you pass by, it is worth stopping to stay for one night to experience it!
