I went to the main store to eat grilled chicken thighs.
You can choose between a parent chicken or a baby chicken, but the parent chickens were sold out.
I got a baby chicken instead.
It was freshly grilled, juicy, tender, and incredibly delicious!
It went well with a highball.
I was told that you are supposed to dip the cabbage in the fat that comes out of the chicken,
but that didn't taste very good.
Maybe I should just sprinkle some salt on it?
I was alone, but there were many other customers who were dining alone, and the counter was against the wall, so it was easy to enter, and the wait to get in was short.
I finished off with chicken broth soup. Thank you for the meal.
