Rafinad is a restaurant that specializes in seafood, and they use my favorite "steam" seafood cooking method, thus retaining the original flavor of the seafood.
In the mall, there is a Chinese menu when you enter. The staff will ask you if you want hookah and whether the hookah area is available. If communication is not possible, there will be Chinese prompts. We chose the non-hookah area, which has a good environment. The meat is delicious.
