The barbecue restaurant is great, it's all self-service. I'm lazy, but the waiter is very considerate and often comes to help me cut the meat and grill it. There are many types of dipping sauces, but adding a little vinegar is enough. I love to eat meat with big mouthfuls.
The taste is salty, and the overall rating is 4.5 stars. It is said to be a Michelin restaurant, but I personally don't think it is very amazing. The ingredients are relatively fresh and the environment is quiet in a busy place.
The service is good, not particularly attentive, but very heartwarming. When I see that I want to take a photo, the plate is always placed in the right direction and angle.

The signature dish of Honghu Ouwang is pork ribs and lotus root soup, and the highlight of the restaurant is that you can eat lotus roots all year round. I don't know how the merchants preserve them. There are also Honghu duck, lotus root clips, and fish series that you should try. You won't step on thunder.
It is also a very affordable and popular restaurant in the local area. I personally think it is very good. The taste here is quite authentic, but I especially want to recommend their stewed soup. The most important one is the healthy lotus root stewed with pork ribs. It is super delicious and tasty. All the ingredients in it are also very delicious. It is definitely a dish not to be missed.

I really like their chicken soup dumplings. They are cheaper than Laojiefang. The classic braised duck with duck feet and duck neck is pretty good.
The duck head is really too spicy for me.
The rest of the spicy dishes are just right. We ordered:

This is my fourth time there.
Many tourists come here to eat. It is really good.
I recommend the chicken soup here. It is 99 yuan, which is 20 yuan more expensive than Jiujiu. We ordered four dishes.
