Mori Mori Sushi (Kanazawa Station) A must-try restaurant when visiting. The sushi rice balls are better than the one at Omicho Market, which is a bit hard.

We found a sushi restaurant with many locals. It was small but the local flavor was authentic. We ordered sushi and crab. Hokuriku seafood is as fresh and delicious as it is said to be.
The restaurant is very small. I read in the guide that reservations are required, so I made a reservation for lunch through JCB many days in advance. Because the plan changed, I arrived at about 1 o'clock a day in advance. Just then, a table of people left, and people kept coming. It's really popular.
Because I just ate a lot of seafood in Omi-cho, I didn't think the sushi here was special. Two people ordered two servings, just to check in. The sushi rice is super good. I didn't miss the sushi rice when I ate sushi for the first time, especially when I was full. The seafood is amazing, fresh and awesome.
The price is cheap.

Morimori Sushi (Omi-cho branch) The most popular store in the market. Please note the business hours. It closes at 16:00 in the afternoon and only accepts cash. You can get a number at the door by yourself. A beautiful foreign girl gave me a number in front of me, and I got 6 numbers in advance.
