Temple is situated at Dakshineswar, Built on the bank of the River Ganga, Dakshineswar Mandir creates a beautiful silhouette. Unlike many other temples of India, the Dakshineswar temple dress code is pretty relaxed. No, you don’t have to wear a dhoti, or kurta-pajama, or sari. It is a house of God, so any clothing that is not disrespectful is acceptable.some history: Dakshineswar Temple was built by Rani Rashmoni, a philanthropist and widow of a wealthy zamindar of Bengal. Rani Rashmoni became a devotee of Goddess Kali in her later years. She dedicated the Dakshineswar Temple to Bhabatarini, a benevolent aspect of Goddess Kali. It took about 9 years to raise this shrine and worship started in the year 1855.The star of the Dakshineswar Temple has been Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa Dev. This mystic saint of Bengal functioned as the priest of the Bhabatarini shrine of Dakshineshwar in the early years of the temple’s establishment. Sri Ramakrishna has devotees all across India and abroad. They have also contributed to making Dakshineswar Temple a popular place to visit in West Bengal. You can reach here by the most convenient way which is Metro, Dakshineswar metro railways st is connected by skywalk bridge, 300m far. on the way, you can get prasad, flowers to offer.
A Hindu temple, many believers come to worship early every morning. The visit is free, but you have to pay to send bags and shoes, about ten rupees. Mobile phones are not allowed into the temple, so you can't take pictures inside. After worshiping, Indians will go to the nearby Ganges to bathe, which is also a beautiful sight.

if you come to Kolkata you must visit Victoria Memorial. The Victoria Memorial is a large marble building in Kolkata.
Victoria Memorial would give a run for money to Taj Mahal if it weren't for the colonial tag attached to it.The building is well maintained and the surrounding gardens well manicured. The use of Greek columns on the eastern side lend a beautiful touch to the building. The evening Light and Sound show is slightly disappointing as the show has not been updated in the last two decades. The play of lights on the Memorial with the lighted Howrah bridge in the background make for a good view and are not to be missed. The tickes for the Light and Sound show are available at the east gate of Victoria Memorial and very reasonably priced. Summer and Winter timings are different. The shows are in two languages-Bengali and English. Photography is allowed.A trip to Calcutta is incomplete without a trip to Victoria Memorial and a buggy ride like the roaylty itself outside the memorial. Make sure you bargain for the ride by keeping an ear open for the amount the locals are paying.

The Kali Temple is located in the southwest suburbs of Kolkata and is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Kali. The building is very beautiful and there are many people here every day. The sacrifices in the Kali Temple are blood sacrifices, and sheep are slaughtered all the time.
It’s very good apps for Air ticketing, Hotel Booking and Train ticketing

India is a magical country. You can feel the mystery of India in Kolkata, the first stop in India. India is full of religious culture and has rich tourism resources, which require us to explore carefully.
The Indian Museum in Kolkata was built in 1814 and is one of the three largest museums in India. The Egyptian Museum inside is quite good, where you can see authentic mummies from 4,000 years ago up close.

Even if you're not a big sports fan, it's worth it to see this world famous cricket stadium (one of the largest in the world!) Home to the Kolkata cricket team, it's impressive even if you aren't able to catch a match.
Arguably the home of Indian cricket. Has had its share of controversies (Shoaib Akhtar pushing Sachin) and it's share of great moments (VVS and Dravid's partnership against Australia)Must visit. Even if not for a game.A game here is crazy. The atmosphere is unmatched.
