This restaurant is far from the busy area, so there are not many tourists, but the ingredients are very fresh, the price is very cheap, the meal is very satisfying, the prawns taste very good, and the lotus leaf chicken is delicious.
We arrived around 8pm and there was plenty of room. First, we ordered a large Changi beer and grilled butter shrimp, but the butter taste was a bit strong so I didn't like it, and the fish dish PLA KRAPONG KAOW TOD PRIEW WARN (Deep fried whole white snapper with sweet and sour sauce). The sauce was a bit like sweet and sour pork sauce? It was really delicious. It was bigger than the palm of your hand and the portion was generous!! Lae Lay Grill Restaurant, located halfway up the mountain in Ao Nang Bay, Krabi, is the best meal I've ever had in Krabi! Recommended: Vermicelli and prawn pot, steak, corn and crab soup. Don't order juice, the juice here is just so-so.

What an experience. Food excellent! Service excellent! Ambiance excellent! If you're on vacation in Krabi. This is a must do. Sit next to the river.
Very authentic Thai restaurant, few independent tourists, you can see many locals eating in this restaurant, and those with tour groups. Local friends took us there, ordered some locals usually eat, and the famous fried pig's trotters, tasted very good. Worth recommending. Nice environment, not crowded, large, and live singing.
