Today is really a surprise to my wife, when the children proposed to Guy Savoy, I was quite reluctant, because I have been there a few times because of friends invitations, the dishes are really not my dishes..... [Tongue] The restaurant is in the Caesars Palace Hotel. The area is small. The decoration is not luxurious but the taste is comfortable. The service is very good. [ThumbsUp] Today I ate six menus. Unexpectedly, every dish is great. It is not like the usual French meal. There are many small categories, one~two mouths. More than ten to twenty dishes to eat, sometimes eating nothing is completely clear, although today is only six, but each is very sincere, and cattle, lobster, yuan shellfish, black truffle soup, dessert...every kind of plate and taste are wonderful, even the van is better than before, I can say responsibly that tonight's meal and their base camp in Paris definitely have a fight [Joyful] hope Michelin can return to Vegas, so that the lovely old man Guy Savoy can be more comforting, after all, he is in the restaurant hidden in the coin museum in Paris "Monnaie de Paris ". I like this Joel Robuchon in Vegas, the taste is good and the environment is good.
The crab caviar box is evolved from the classic crab caviar tower lobster jelly with cabbage puree. With one spoonful, the king crab meat and caviar are perfectly blended.
Sea urchin mousse with fennel milk foam is light and pure, and it stimulates the taste buds. Smoked mackerel with cabbage ravioli, caviar and mackerel are the real CP. Caviar with stinky tofu and caviar with fried dough sticks are all nonsense. Take a bite, and the salty and fresh penetration echoes in the mouth.
Traditional beef slices, embellished with the fragrant Alba white truffle, are a mixture of musk, soil, and the original fragrance of the forest.
The refreshing pasta, the fusion of the jade-like cream of the hairy crab roe, and the dreamy and exotic fragrance of the white truffle, this is a delicacy that makes me drool in my dreams.

I haven't eaten Japanese food for a long time, and I came across it here. My friend said that this is the ceiling level of Japanese food in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to come and try it. The ingredients are very fresh, but I don't quite understand some of the cooking methods. It's obvious that the taste of the ingredients can be highlighted, but they gave a heavy side dish. Other than that, it's pretty good.
There is a great Japanese restaurant in downtown Las Vegas called Mizumi. The restaurant is of upper-middle class and the portions are huge.
