I went here on the same day as Dujiangyan, and arrived early in the morning. There weren't many pandas, but it wasn't crowded either. The environment was very nice, although the coffee inside was just average. You have to bring your own coffee, but the coffee cups are still nice for taking photos.

I chose this place between the Panda Garden and Panda Valley, mainly because it's close to my accommodation 😄. I was lucky; I saw many pandas active and eating. There are three main enclosures with both giant and red pandas.
We arrived at the panda park at 9 am. We saw the pandas leisurely strolling and eating bamboo. It was close enough to see them clearly. Having visited the panda breeding base in the city, this one felt much better! A complete loop takes only two hours on foot. Highly recommended!

The most fun panda trip ever. Complete freedom with the pandas. No queuing, no legwork, and close-up views of the pandas without any glass barriers. The pandas were lively and active, with few sleeping. The panda villas were all close together. Tickets were 90 yuan and could be bought on the spot, which was very convenient. Parking was convenient at 10 yuan per car. The park was well-planned, with excellent management and service. There were no unlicensed tour guides, and the commercial atmosphere within the park was minimal. The facilities outside the park were complete. Very satisfied! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Although it was cold, the weather was exceptionally good. There was no rain or snow, and the sun shone occasionally. There weren't many people on a weekday, and I saw the cats that came out several times. The surrounding mountain scenery was also very beautiful!

Did not really see glacier, but it is 4860m above sea level, not for the faint hearted.
The night before, there had been a heavy snowfall, and the entire forest was covered in a blanket of white. The morning was sunny, and the mountains were still covered in snow – it was breathtaking. You get what you pay for; this cable car is truly amazing, and the view from the summit is stunning.

Since we entered the panda base in the afternoon, most of the pandas were sleeping, so we didn't see many. If I come again, I should go to the panda base to see the pandas in the morning and then go to the zoo in the afternoon. The scenery in the canyon was just average.
I visited four years ago and had a great experience. The biggest difference this time was that many trees were covered with plastic to prevent pandas from climbing. While this is for safety, doesn't it gradually diminish the pandas' natural instincts?

The weather is very important when visiting this scenic spot. It all depends on God's favor. There are not many things to do in Niubei Mountain. The views are all concentrated on the top of the mountain, which is very small. In addition, there are many villas and tents, which is not good for viewing and photography. The ticket of 120 yuan includes the round-trip shuttle bus, but it still feels a bit expensive because the scenery to enjoy is too little and too monotonous.
The mountaintop restaurant: A bit pricey, and the food was just average. It was simply reheated; my mushroom chicken wasn't even warmed through in the middle. 😭 View: Due to the weather, we only saw fog until almost 4:00 PM. We saw the Cloud Falls on the way back, which was okay.

Although there are many warning posts online, you really have to experience it for yourself to truly appreciate the scenery! Also, timing is crucial; a crowded trip will definitely diminish the experience. The eastern route is beautiful and perfect for family hikes! There are also many monkeys along the way, completely different from those in zoos.
It was pretty good. During the spring and autumn holidays, we took the kids to see the colorful forests, and we accidentally climbed to a peak of 3800 meters. The kids were perfectly fine, but we adults were exhausted. The Red Stone Beach on the west route still had some red rocks, and the monkeys were quite fierce. The colorful forests on both sides of the mountains on the east route were beautiful; we'll go again in the summer.

Whether or not to visit the Snake Valley at Bifengxia Wildlife Park is worthwhile depends on personal interest. Here are some factors to consider: - Unique Observational Experience: Snake Valley is home to various snake species. Visitors can see cobras coiled among the bushes after a large meal, allowing for close observation of snake behavior and habits. This is a rare experience for reptile enthusiasts. - Educational Value: Bifengxia Wildlife Park emphasizes educational value. Explanatory signs are placed along the trails, and Snake Valley is no exception. Visitors can learn about the physiological characteristics, distribution, and habits of snakes, broadening their knowledge. This is especially beneficial for teenagers, serving as a great science lesson. - Seamless Tour: Snake Valley is part of the docile animal walking tour area. Visitors will naturally pass through Snake Valley while exploring attractions such as Monkey Valley and the Bird Paradise, without adding much to their itinerary. This allows for a convenient one-stop experience of various animal observations.
The Camel Park at Bifengxia Wildlife Park is worth a visit, especially for animal lovers and those seeking family trips. It offers the following highlights: - A unique camel experience: Visitors can climb atop a high camel hump and experience the comfort and freedom of rocking aboard these "ships of the desert." This intimate encounter with camels is rare. - Observing camels in their natural habitat: The camel park offers a glimpse into the natural world of camels, standing or walking, each with its own unique appearance. Some visitors describe the camels standing there as if they were contemplating life, a truly fascinating experience. - Integrated into the overall zoo itinerary: The Camel Park is located within the Bifengxia Wildlife Park's walking tour area, making it a natural destination after visiting other areas with gentle animals, making it a convenient addition to your itinerary. Furthermore, Bifengxia Wildlife Park boasts a rich collection of animals and diverse activities, ensuring a fulfilling visit.

The ticket allows you to visit three museums: Liu Wencai Manor, the Cultural Relics Museum, and the Liu Family Ancestral Home. It's very large; I spent two hours there. Liu Wencai was a major landowner in western Sichuan. The manor covers an area of 70,000 square meters and features a blend of Chinese and Western architectural styles. It was built in 1932.
It's huge and a bit tiresome. However, you can rent electric carts at the visitor center entrance and drive around the various pavilions. It's very convenient, though a bit pricey. The pavilion dedicated to the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression is quite impressive. I highly recommend visiting.

It is fun, but there are some hidden costs, and there are always ski instructors selling you tickets. If you refuse one, you will be replaced by the next one. It is really tiring. If you don’t hire someone to teach you, there will be no one to guide you on how to wear clothes and shoes. It is a long way to walk to the ski resort in ski boots, which is really troublesome. But when you get to the ski resort, you will be able to ski after practicing more. It is not difficult. I prefer the projects in the amusement area, which are easier and the shoes can be changed for easy walking.
It was my first time skiing here while traveling. I felt it was quite novel and not too cold. For people from the south, skiing in the summer is so fun. The venue is very large. Unfortunately, I just learned how to ski and can only ski on the beginner slopes. I will try the advanced slopes next time. If you don’t know how to ski, you must hire a coach, otherwise you will hurt your butt.
