Service was impeccable! From the moment we stepped into the building, we were greeted with friendly respect.
Tried the column, oysters and other (with sparkling wine), foie gras with apples, salmon with crab meat (with dry white), and beef with bovine liver fungus (Spain dry red), dessert sac cake (with px sweet sherry), the product is ordinary and expensive, the oyster is not fresh, worried that it will close down.

It used to be a wine cellar in Madrid in the 17th century. It is the oldest wine cellar in Madrid with a history of 400 years. Now it is a restaurant. Whether it is the arches or the corridors, the exposed bricks and stones are full of the flavor of history.
The last time I ate here, I found a deep hole in the wall behind the glass, and I didn't know where it led to. It is very close to the Prado Museum. You can come here to eat after visiting the museum, but it is recommended to make an appointment in advance.
Bodega de los Secretos is a very famous Spanish restaurant in the local area. The location of this restaurant is also quite interesting. It is located underground. The seafood soup here is very delicious.
