Hand-pulled mutton: a traditional Qinghai delicacy, made from yaks or Tibetan sheep, stewed in clear water, the meat is tender, not smelly or greasy, dipped in pepper salt or garlic paste, and paired with brick tea, the taste is excellent.
• Stir-fried skin: thicker yellow skin than cold skin, topped with chili oil, mustard sauce and other condiments, sour and spicy appetizing, a popular snack, can be paired with sweet embryos.
• Qinghai old yogurt: made from yak milk, thick enough to stand up a spoon, with golden milk skin on the surface, sweet and sour, and richer taste with honey.
Folk culture
• Tibetan culture: Qinghai is one of the Tibetan settlements, with a unique Tibetan Buddhist culture, such as the religious rituals of the Ta'er Temple, the Tibetan customs of turning the sutra, and the burning of mulberry, as well as exquisite thangka paintings, Tibetan carpet weaving and other traditional skills.
• Tu culture: The Tu people have their own language, costumes, songs and dances, and traditional festivals, such as the "Naton Festival", during which there are lively Nuo dance performances, horse racing and other activities.

• Gonghe County Photovoltaic Base: Gonghe County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, has one of the world's largest photovoltaic bases.
