We went to Guan'egou without a tour group, preferring a relaxed pace. Our family enjoys a slower pace. The afternoon rain came in fits and starts, bringing a refreshing coolness. Guan'egou's mountains were shrouded in mist, and the waterfalls varied in form: some as delicate as a strand of hair, others a composite of several cascades, and still others thunderous, cascading down like a cascade, their spray akin to an icy spray. It was a natural beauty. The mountains of Guan'egou, weathered through millennia, have unique and intriguing patterns. Buses were available for both round trips, and the roads were wide and flat, making the walk effortless. My description may seem a bit understated, but it will remain etched in my memory.
