One Michelin star restaurant in Rome that focuses on seafood [Concept] Art, seasonality, seafood. 1️⃣The restaurant is located in the Art Boutique Hotel. The plating is very artistic. There are 60 seats. In summer, you can sit on the terrace and overlook Rome, which is very romantic. 2️⃣Seafood ingredients are delivered daily. The ingredients for the dishes are caught from Anzio on the seaside around Rome every morning and delivered to Rome in the afternoon. So only dinner is provided. 3️⃣Combine seasonal seafood in season to create different menus. [Dishes] Free appetizer "White Fish Salad With Kiwi" is a bit like fusion Japanese cuisine, with just the right amount of salty and sweet, and kiwi and green apples are added, which tastes good. It is a western restaurant located in a Roman alley. If it weren’t for a local friend who brought us here as a guide, we would definitely not have been able to find this restaurant by ourselves. The food is really delicious.
The service was top notch and the experience is well worth the price. You will leave feeling satisfied and happy! There are a lot of interesting techniques used and flavor combinations introduced. The re-imagining of cocoa butter is insane.

They have the Michelin star restaurant formula done to near perfection but.. one of us ordered carbonara and got amatriciana, which they corrected immediately (and adjusted our bill). They really need an a la carte menu, especially at lunch time. A multi course meal in mid day is too much!
A stunning terrace location overlooking the colosseum, wonderful food, excellent service! A small piece of heaven! Wonderful!

The tasting menu called "Black Sheep" was special, it was supposed to be 8 courses, and after 4 appetizers and a salad with grilled cheese, they served the first course! After the 8 courses, we had dessert, a total of 6 bites (all small bites), ice cream, chocolate, choux pastry, macarons and figs. This is a place not to be missed. As a 1 Michelin star restaurant, this is to be expected, but for a chef who is only 28 years old, he is very young and professional.
A very famous restaurant with one Michelin star! The dishes are very exquisitely presented and the environment is very elegant. It is a great experience to have a meal here! The desserts are amazing!

Excellent experience. We ordered a la carte and found all the dishes creative and tasty without being precious. Slight downgrade on the service only because our server for the mains did not remember which of us ordered what dish. Otherwise, the service was friendly and helpful.
